Why I think this could be one of the closer games we’ve had with the cows I still believe we come out on top. The youth that we have is the only thing that’s concerned me with this years team. Yea that loss hurt them pretty bad. They had to go on the road to Anderson County and injuries racked up that game which carried over to the Betsy game with 2 especially. Gudger and Everhart.

Imo GREENEVILLE doesn’t lose last year against Betsy. This year would be different with the youth we have. But the talent is there at key positions

I can’t speak from personal experience but I’d imagine Ballard wanted to open things up a little bit. If I remember correctly the offense under Zeller wasn’t much.

I sure liked watching Cade Ballard get his First Career start on the road for Army. He had a lot of 1st yesterday including his first Rushing Touchdown. I mean evidently for a “wanna be” D1 player that must be a pretty darn awesome accomplishment. Where did you play D1 at again?

One thing that could be dangerous for the Devils is Big Plays. That’s what’s going to keep them in the game because the Oline & Dlines haven’t been amazing but they’re getting better each game. This is a really young team

lol that’s a big Negative. Besides 4 titles in football GREENEVILLE has won numerous titles across the board in so many sports. Soccer both boys and girls have won what 3/4 each in the past like 5 years and I believe the boys had a 3 peat and weren’t able to defend because of Covid. Don’t let a few good football years blind your judgement. Man I hope y’all missed me because it feels good to be on here aside from all the personal life issues that are on going for myself.

Covid & Personal issues has kept me away from the message boards & the games unfortunately. This Greene Devil team is very very young & I see similarities with the underclassmen that we all saw in the 2018 Class. They have a lot of growing up to do on the field obviously and I think we’ve seen strides thus far in the season. Tn High game is what stands out to me because of that. I believe this game will be closer than maybe some think but I still feel Greeneville is a 21 point favorite imo.

Congrats to Boone. Greene has some work to do for sure. Those few weeks of no practice def hurt.
