Yeah i remember when he threw that, we all that it was hillarious but wasn't after yall still beat us. But Will Clinard is pitching, a sophmore that throws mid-80's so bring yall's game cause we're bring our flame thrower, i really don't appreciate this comment cause just like sending disrespect to us. We have a couple bad games like yall did against CA and everybody thinks we stink. Yall lost to CA 5-2, we lost 7-6 so the way i see it, we're all the same except for a couple of games. We beat McEwen 14-2 in the 1st game today and in the 2nd game 11-1 in a 5 inning scheduled game...so maybe we're back on stride, maybe not....yeah but we'll see yall tomorrow at 3, bring yall's game, even though we have only 1 senior, the juniors dont' want to lose anymore so we going to be ready. Tell Anderson that Wilks doesn't want him talkin any crap anymore on the baseball field, we beat yall 4 times in b-ball and he's got to deal with it, thats what he said, so tell him to limit his trash talk tomorrow for sure. Yeah Hill pitched amazing yesterday Dave and if he would have stayed with it then he would probably be even better than he is. But i give a bunch of credit to the Heritage hitters to, even though i was pitching a no-hitter in the bottom of the 6th, they kept figuring me out and finally got stuff to drop, enjoy the victory Heritage cause losing stinks and i hate it. Great coaching by Coach Logsdon, even though i thought you would try to steal more but you really didn't at all, you sat back and relied on your hitters to get the job done and they did. Hopefully we can go down to McEwen today and get 2 vicory's to at least get us back in it to get in the top 4 so we can be a higher seed rather than a lower. But congrats again to Heritage and Hill. WHH beat East today. Not much to say, Hill pitched a great game. We both had 9 k's a piece and he was just outstanding today. The winning run came in the bottom the 8th with bases loaded, 1 out. 2-2 count and a curveball got away from me and he stole home. Great game to Heritage but poor just poor to East Robertson, we got to learn how to stay consistent but just can't find that right now, i feel the same way you feel tsad06, just like no one takes it serious and it is really....well just can't say how i feel but good game to Heritage and i'm pretty sure the isn't the last dual me and Hill will have. Good game Jared and to Heritage. Oh yeah the score was 2-1

1st of all i just wanted to say that NCS and Jo Byrns are really good teams and both deserve respect. Satars you are banging them a little to hard, Jo Byrns is a good team and don't deserve to be bashed like that, you should be doing that to Merrel Hyde type of team. So i woke up this morning and was just so happy that we get to play today, i think i'm on the mound today so all i can think about is throwing the ball in there for strike 3 over and over in my mind. What happened in CA vs. Heritage? Is that score correct? Cause that is a bashing and i though that it would be the exact opposite score in CA's favor but i got to give it to Heritage they have came a long way and improved alot. But we got 2 more blocks of school left then all the baseball players got study hall 4th block so we going to go down to the field, take some BP, and goof off a little but when we pull out of the parking lot at 2:50, everybody is going to have there game faces on. My fault bluemistt, i had to go umpire little kids tonight so i was trying to get done with my post quick but i'll make sure i try harder to spell every word right..lol..what team do you play for, has to be NCS with all those harsh words for Tuck, he's a good guy and trying to still represent his team even though they got beat, and i think they could beat NCS the next time, any given day they can come in and beat anybody but still NCS is in the drivers seat right now and maybe in the drivers seat in the state...from what i hear we got one of the toughest district out there in Class 1-A baseball so everybody keep up the good work and keep the good games a rollin.

Ok, ok, ok. I understand what all of yall are saying, but have you just ever seen a QB put up numbers like he did this year in a region that we wasn't even supposed to go to the playoffs in. He single handedly beat Goodpasture by his self. And i would say that he might not be a D-1 QB but he is definately a D-1 CB...this weekend at the UT's combine they had him working more at DB than at QB which could be a sign of his future but nobody i mean nobody can take away his talent as a QB, last year he would run over linemen and linebackers that outweighed him by 50-75 pounds. He is very strong and just has the heart to keep going. Nothing is going to stop him from fulfilling his dream and going on to the next level and playing for a good team not a mid-major. And to answer all of your question bout grades, he has around a 2.5-3.0 so grades isn't the issue, it is his senior year, what #'s he can put up this year, and how far can he carry East threw the year and on into the playoffs. And yes Richland did shut him down, they controlled the line of scrimmage the whole game so can't take nothing away from him. Everybody just quit taking the credit away from Andrews because he is an outstanding athelete and even though i won't be moving on to the next level in football, i look forward to stopping opposing offences so i can get him back on the field to put points on the board!

Yeah i hope its a do week to. Yesterday before the game Coach Roach sit us down on the 1st base foul line and said yall always hear me talking to yall tell the other players how yall feel about how we're playing, stuff we're doing wrong, etc...So alot of the upper classmen stepped up and said some things that i think that got to everyone even the other upper classmen, i think its really sinking in to everybody that we could be 1 of the top 3 teams in this district and could come out of the top 2 to go to region. We played our defence kind of ball yesterday but still not the hitting type of ball we can play. But we got Heritage tomorrow so we're not going to take this game lightly cause you seen how Heritage played NCS and Jo Byrns when they played them, not really close but kinda hung around. Coach i really hope you get to make it up here, we're all looking forward to it, and things are a whole lot better when you're winning so hopefully we can stay like that. Weather is supposed to be pretty good this week, scattered showers on wednesday but other than that should be perfect baseball weather...gah this time of the year just gets me pumped up...hey yall (NCS) keep up what yall are doing, seems like yall got a good thing going, good luck to yall even though i hope we can come up on top Friday should be a better game than last time and if its not then i can't explain how mad i will be...being on here backing our team and if we play like crap then nothing i said matters...but good luck to yall...

I'm not sure if i am or not yet. I was supposed to relief today but pitt pitched so good that he didn't need any relief. We got Heritage and McEwen before yall, i dont' know what he is planning on doing but if i had to guess he will prolly save me for yall, i don't know why he would pitch me against Heritage or McEwen unless just a couple innings of relief, so yeah i will probably end up pitching. Congrats to yall on yall's win, sounded like an awesome game where yall played to yall's top game, sorry to Jo Byrns just didn't come out with the stick today, and tell Zach that we all praying for him. Good luck against CA McDowell, with you pitching i'm pretty sure yall will come on top but with them you never know cause they're just one of those teams that just scratch for a victory.

Congrats to NCS. From what i hear it was a good game. We beat Houston Co. today 3-2, very low scoring game and not alot of hit for either team. Travis Pitt pitched a complete game with only giving up 2 hits (1 earned). Well with Jo Byrns losing that puts everybody back in the race for 2nd (East, Jo Byrns, CA, and Houston Co.) i know we have lost 3 district games, Jo Byrns has lost 2, CA has lost 1 i think, correct me if i'm wrong, and Houston Co. has 3, so seems like NCS is the front runner now even if we were to beat yall on Friday, yall will still be sitting pretty in the drivers seat. How did all the other games go today, we got 4 more district games this week, 1 down and 4 to go so hopefully we can pull off at least 3 and if we bring our game to NCS then it should be a good game. Hope there were alot of other good games today!

Yeah Richland shut him down but a whole lot of stuff happened at school that day that nobody really knows about. We had 2 of our linemen get in a fight and get suspended from the game that night, big emotional down fall for the whole team. After that it just all went downhill, nobody's mind was right for that game. And yes he is BEING RECRUITED not just letters. He just got back from a combine at Tennessee yesterday. From what i remember is Tico single handely beat almost ever team we played. Marshall just sent him a letter the other day that said he was in the 100 of 10000 guys that they were recruiting, sounds pretty good if you ask me so don't be bashing my boy, cause he is a true athelete and he is going somewhere.

yeah Jo Byrns can kill the fastball, cause i pitched against them and they killed me straight up, i've never been knocked around the field like that until that night. and yeah he did pitch really good against us that day, his fastball was low, he was hitting his spots, and had a good curveball to go with it, i think i grounded out on his curveball and then he stuck me out with a slider i think. but yeah good luck to yall tomorrow and we'll see yall on friday. What your sayin is exactly right, this is going to have to be the week that experience comes in. We only have 4 players starting right now that have high school experience, the other 5 are really good ball players but just haven't got into things yet but this is the week they are going to have to step up and become a HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL PLAYER. This is going to have to be the week that we show up and play some baseball, or that will be our season if we lose anymore than 1...even though it really don't matter until disrict tourney's but we really want to be in the top 3 and we could very well do that if we show up and play ball this week. The big deciding game will be us against CA again. But good luck to yall to tsad06, looking forward to Friday and seeing what happens against Jo Byrns tomorrow. Is McDowell pitching for yall?

Are all of yall crazy??? Tico Andrews from East Robertson is being recruited by 8 SEC schools and could be a blue chip by the end of the season. He had 1600 passing yards and over 2000 yards rushing so you can't tell me this isn't the next MIKE VICK. Dude is amazing and can make plays with his feet or arm. He can throw the ball 60 yds. and can run a 4.5-40 yard dash so this kid is amazing, this is coming from a teammate so it might not mean the same to everybody else. But if you played against him last year then you know how good he is. He is about 6'3, 210 lbs. so he is a beast for a QB, give or take a few lbs. So everyone look out for East this year cause we wil be riding Tico's shoulders all year.

I know we play Houston Co. on monday, Heritage on wednesday, double-header against McEwen on thursday, NCS on friday, then some team from Kentucky on saturday...i'm pitching against Houston and NCS so hopefully my arm can recover good by friday after monday...i think if mcdowell pitches again and i pitch then it will prolly be a really good game if i bring my A game but if i pitch like i did against Jo Byrns then we'll prolly get rocked again...but anyways good luck to everybody this week and only 3 or 4 weeks left till district tourney's, everybody bring there game cause its getting closer everyday, feels like baseball just comes and goes that quick, 2 months are the shortest months of the year when your playing ball but then we're just right on to travel ball so there's really no break. Everybody enjoy it!

Well i know right when we got to school this morning on the announcements they announced that McEwen already called off our double-header today so i'm really bummed and don't even want to be at school. But yeah i hope the rest of yall can get yall's game in and i can't wait to see the final score of the NCS/Jo Byrns game, if yall get to play, i know we have to practice so big bummer to playing a game, good luck to everyone!

Hey all our prayers go out there to yall Coach, i know yall got hit pretty ruff down there and i hope the recovery is going good. I hope life gets back to normal down there sooner than later. Yeah we sure would like to see you come watch us play, i think it would mean alot to me and the rest of the guys. BigCheif, i wasn't trying to talk smack about your team, i just think no one should overlook yall cause yall are pretty good ball team. That was a good game between us and yall, good luck to yall the rest of the season. But yeah Dave we all hope everything is going good down there and we hope to see you soon.

Yeah i was suprised to BigCheif, #7 for them is a really good athlete, pretty much tthe whole team. He had 4 hits and popped out to me at short stop once. He ended up with 6 RBI's, and had 3 assists in the outfield, absoulutely has a rocket for a arm. But yeah we are now 2-3 in the district and got McEwen twice on Friday. Are they any good? Has anyone played them yet? Give me some info on this McEwen team, and just because yall killed East Lit, yall got to remember that Jo Byrns beat Heritage 8-2 and NCS beat them 9-4 and we beat them 8-2 so seams like just because yall killed East Lit doesn't mean you can assume that East Robertson still stinks cause we are a good team. Look forward to seeing the NCS/Jo Byrns game score.

Yeah I'm like bummed bad that we lost to CA to, it was a really good game just cause they kept theirselves in it with those little bloopers right out of the infield. But if we can get them next time and get a little help from NCS and Jo Byrns then we can get the 3rd spot maybe even a 2nd if we end up beating NCS or Jo Byrns. We came back and played a average East Lit., they had ok hitting with not good fielding at all...we just can't avoid that one innning just something bout East Robertson baseball that there always has to be that one big inning for the other team. But good luck to all teams in action today, hopefully we won't get rained out. And Dave really bummed that you couldn't get up here to watch us play but maybe we can squeak out of district and go to region and you can watch us then. I think we can do it if everybody just quits pouting when we get down and keep playing.

Today we got beat by CA 7-6, it was a really good game but we still couldn't avoid that one big inning, the scored 6 in the 2nd, so that wasn't good for us. The 1st inning we got out with no runs scored then we scored 2 in the bottom half, then they came back and got 6 in the 2nd which took the momentum we gained in the bottom of the 1st. We fought back the rest of the game but came up short 1 run. They hit the ball farely well, alot of bloopers right over the infield that the outfield couldn't get to it and neither could the outfield, so that hurt us a little. In the bottom of the 5th with the scored 7-6 i was on 2nd with Nick Kahn up, he hits a shot right back at the pitcher and he just sticks his glove up and catches, which would have been the tieing run if it wasn't for a good but lucky play. How did the rest of the games go, i'm really bummed that we couldn't pull this game out, losing is really getting on my nerves and i hope that is to the rest of the team, we got East Lit tomorrow and hopefully we can win that one with Clinard on the hill. Coffee should be good for more games this week, he pitched the 1st 2 innings with me coming in the last 5 so maybe i'll be ready for McEwen on Friday depending on how good my arm recovers. Hope all the other games were as good as this one!

McDowell are you pitching Friday against Jo Byrns or do you think that yall are going to throw one of yall's slower pitchers against them, in my opinion thats what yall should do cause they are a fastball team but i think that you might could shut them down. I told yall Heritage was improved and everybody better keep looking out for them. But today any pick on East vs. CA??? Give me some feedback on that question if you will. Oh yeah and Dave are still coming up here tomorrow or what?

Voldad yall will probably get yall's game in today due to the fact that Robertson Co. didn't get all that much rain compared to other places in the mid-state, mostly just lightning and thunder, not that much rain. But just get off at exit 108 then turn right got 2 red lights and past wendy's, captain video, kroger, and some banks and your park is on your right. Go all the way past the football field past 3 other fields and it will be in the very back. Very small field should be alot of homers today, probably smaller than Jo Byrns field. I agree with everything the last 5 or 6 posts said. I agree with Tuck about not putting Jo Byrns in there and that is a good sign of class, everyone wants to finish in 1st and i believe NCS and Jo Byrns have an edge on eveybody right now but hopefully we can come back and get in our winning ways we can do. Tuck knows we can play good ball but nobody else really does cause doesn't that many people know to much bout East and thinks that they can't do anything but Tuck knows the way we CAN play. NCS is a very sound team along with Jo Byrns. Good luck to everybody. We got rained out against CA the other day but it got rescheduled for Tuesday so i'm exited bout that. We played Cheatham Co. yesterday and we won 11-7. Should have been worse but we made a couple of costly errors. They have a really good pitcher that came in the last inning and we only scored 1 run off of him. So maybe we're back, maybe we're not, who knows with us? We got 4 district games the coming up week so this might be the deciding point in our season. Last half of the season so everybody bring their "A" game and don't underestimate anyone!!!

We play CA tomorrow, should be a good game, in the past i wouldn't even leave a post bout this game cause they were one of those games you knew you were going to win when the schedule came out at the beginning of the season, but the scores i have seen them play NCS and Jo Byrns i am kinda suprised, which makes the district a little bit more fun to play in with some of the bad teams in the past to step up. I think we really got our heads back in it the last 2 days, our coach sat us down and gave a very inspiring speech on what we can do if we put our minds to it and we are becomming more of a team so i'm anxious to see what happens tomorrow. Ok enough of that i heard Houston Co. only beat Heritage by 2 or 3, is this score correct cause when we played Heritage i wasn't that impressed and when i seen Houston Co. play they impressed me alot so....its going to be a good year if we have 5 teams contending. I know everybody thinks East is garbage right now but i think we're back on track, so dont' count us out yet. Good luck to the other teams in action tomorrow.
