east won against jeff tonight in a game that was won in the bottom of the seventh... congratulations to both teams on a hard fought game... special congratulations to sophomore BRADLEY WILSON who drove in the winning run... ben taylor pitched a good game also

tuesday night east played at farragut and lost only 3-2... tyler collins had a heck of a game on the mound only giving up 1 earned run(i think... maybe two)... last night east played elizabethton and lost 6-1 in the kinsport tournament tonight east played sullivan east and won 2-1 in extra innings with sophomore cory atkins going the distance tomorrow east will take on sullivan south at sullivan south at 7:30 i think west won tonight over boone too... how did jeff do?

don't think the west-jeff game will even be close... if jeff pitches story, west doesnt have a chance... if jeff pitches belcher, west still has very little chance... who is west gonna pitch? Bridgewater... give me a break... he is being way overrated and i feel sorry for everyone having to read about him all the time... i will give him props, he's a good ballplayer but he's not as good as everyone has got him cooked up to be

Jimmy Mosier will have an outstanding year and from what i hear Joey Belcher at Jeff Co. is really good... we'll just have to see how the year plays out

marshall is doing just fine this year and will have a good season... he is not the only one that will though... throughout this past week, 4 different pitchers for east pitched complete games (two of which only went five because of slaughter rule) tyler collins is a bigtime playmaker and will have not only a heck of a year on the mound but also at shortstop... cory atkins (another sophomore) pitched 5 shutout innings the other night and also added a grand slam in his win... although he hasn't had many ab's this year, he has stepped up and did his job jimmy mosier is ripping the cover off of the ball and will have a big season this year... overall i think east will do pretty good when it comes right down to it... the young guys are stepping up and things are starting to click

why isn't east getting any respect in the imac... west and jeff both are really good teams and have good records but honestly... who have they faced... east has had a very tough schedule so far including knox halls and science hill in which both were very close games... i don't think you can count east out just yet (or anybody else for that matter)
