First, Best of luck to Dekalb County at the Big Dance! Secondly, 4th may be pushing it for next year, we are still not sure if we will even have the numbers to put together a team in 09, but time will tell.

The best I remember Indian, they went down in order, no harm no foul on the call. As for the umpires AA, I only recognized one and you are correct that he was from the Valley. All due respect to our Seq. Valley friends, but there is no love loss between Umps from there and we "City" teams. I believe both teams got a well called game, if you disagree then I guess we will have to agree that we disagree. Meigs County played a great game, you should be very proud of the girls AA. FYI, Hixson pulled out of the Riverdale tourney due to injuries for the most part. The decision was made Sat morning to pull out of the tourney, which was cancelled a few hours later due to weather. It was further decided that we would not play anymore tourneys to give us time to heal up. Simple as that.
