Very seldom will I single out players, but Morgan Thomas has become one of my sports heroes (heroines?). Having covered professionally from pee-wee to the majors, her performance today was one of courage and heart and impressed me greatly. The sheer joy she has playing the game will be greatly missed with her graduation. me too...she is an amazing pitcher, player, and person!

if deeper pitching prevails, how come the starter was pulled after five batters? it's impossible to compare centennials pitching staff of one to brentwoods three; as far as CHS just having a "bunch of players who find a way to win," they have plenty of underclassmen who have stepped up to the plate and done amazing... how many returning players does brentwood have?

I just hope the better team comes out on top...i have an opinion on who i think that should be but i will not state that just so i dont start DRAMA...i feel that each team has good sportsmanship(i do think that the brentwood coach shouldn't do the cartwheels or whatever until like state because she even did it in regular season games)...but goodluck to everyone
