read my earlier post. im playin because of some posters on here disrespecting jb and the west. so i decided to take em on and defend my alma mater and the west. earlier in the thread i was the perfect image of respect and incite. but sometimes i like to get a little crazy and have some fun. some of the posters on here gave me a reason. and as far as alcoa goes one of my best friends plays for them and he keeps me informed. from the film he has seen he tells me it shouldn't be a problem. i really didn't want to say that i heard it from an alcoa player. so thats why i put that.

coach adkins is awesome! and so is coach carlilse, he was my wellness teacher and I really got along with him. but really the only experience we had where we couldn't help but score was in 05 when i was a junior. we were playing nashville christian i think and we scored 35 in about 6 minuites. then we put in the freshmen and they scored. then coach would punt right when we got the ball and try 50 yard field goals and stuff like that. even gave them the chance to score sometimes by downing it on fourth down to give them the ball in our territory. he just gave them every chance to make it a close game. it was great experience for our punter though. his in game punt average went up by 10 yards after that game. so it wasn't completely useless. yeah. its a lose, lose situation. darned if you do and darned if you don't. running up the score is bad and so is holding back. just pick your evil. one is just as bad as the other. no posters. but i do have glow in the dark stars on my ceiling. is that close enough? i haven't seen her. what is the new coaches name?

i played for jo byrns. and i would have taken the responsiblity to not humiliate them publicly by beating them by 90. a 50-0 game looks like a solid beating. 90-0 just makes you look bad and the whole state knows you ran the score up. i would rather keep my integrity thank you. that is the same as being in a fight and beating someone to death rather than holding back and just winning the fight. i would have had a little self control. same with conservationism. as humans our unchecked expansion would drive almost every species on the planet to extinction. it would be simple natural selection. yet we take the responsibility as the superior race to hold ourselves back for the benefit to the weaker species. i would do the same in football. my team would be superior and because of that i will hold myself back to thier benefit. but thats just me.

ah! i must be doing a good job. i was trying to be as pompous and braggadocios as TC posters and it looks like I have come close to succeeding. a couple more posts and ill have stooped to their level. and they have supplied more than enough bill board material to counteract my meaningless squable. if you read my post before last night you will see that i was respectful, inciteful, and intelligent. however, then i came to a stunning realization. no one was taking them seriously and the blatant attacks against jbhs and the west continued. so i decided to be as rude and "pompous" as i possibly could. and if you read lately there are very few post that bash the west or jbhs, because i jump on em. no one from the west was bein nasty when almost all the posters from the east were. i decided we needed at least one crazy to take em all on. a lot of what i have said is complete bull just to get people riled up. like that post you responded to. all that was to get a reaction. looks like it did a pretty good job. that was my mission. mission accomplished /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

well all the ones i've seen were amazingly good. but then again they were all 6A and most were nationally ranked. oh well.

this is one of these opinion things. im not right and neither are you. both running the score up and holding back are both bad. choose your evil.

your right. i am young, and it does show. and I am a very smart person, but it rarely shows. and one thing that i can't learn from a book is wisdom. props to the snowball.

nope he just said how would you feel if you were red boiling springs and trousdale just put up 90 on you. what would that do to you as a young man and football player. then we understood, had mercy, and had no problem not scoring. he trusted us to have integrity and a sense of responsibility, and we did.

hazelwood. you got to be kidding. go play southside gadsden or Hokes Bluff. Boaz maybe. if you were to leave alive i would be impressed. you know warrick dunn that was with the falcons. came from gadsden southside. they have put out 29 NFL starters and many others that played in the NFL but never started. the other schools have similar pedigrees. those are the teams that I am talking about. those are the ones i have experience with. i don't think any hs team in tennessee can claim those numbers. and southside has only been around for about 45-50 years. thats about an player per class that goes to the NFL. and with all this success and booty whoopin why weren't yall in sports illistrated?

size means nothing. when i played i went up against bigger players and whooped em all night long. we went up against much bigger teams and whipped up on em. its how much you want it that matters. how much you are willing to fight. how mean you are. this is the state championship. you better believe that size won't matter to much. it wouldn't to me and it won't to them because i know em. i played with a lot of em. nordy, fleming, castleman, justice, bowler, shepard, etc.. they don't care if they are 6'5" 300 pounds. they will sock em right in their mouth. i would to. and i am proud to say that i taught them a lot of what they know and worked with them on their technique when i played. they made me better and i made them better and i have the upmost belief that they will dominate whoever is up against them.

no need to grow up to fast. im takin my time

the score it predicted for the TC vs. JB game is about what I expect it to be. in point spread that is. i don't know who will win.

there is no excuse at all for beating a team by more than 40. i wast THERE when coach adkins would threaten the second string with punishments if they scored a touchdown. he told them to "fall down" if you break one. sometimes we would punt on first down if we got to close to the endzone. or take a shot at a field goal. i was there when we scored 35 on nashville christian in the first quarter and didn't score another point because coach took out the first team and wouldn't let the second team score. that is class. we could have beaten out 3 or 4 teams a year by LITERALLY 100 points but we didn't because our coach was better than that. so can running up the score be helped. YES IT CAN!!!!!!! we didn't do it because we had more class than that. that is one reason why i have never respected TC. i respect them as a talent and as a good football team, but i do not respect how they have done some of the teams they have played. they way they beat red boiling springs a couple years ago was inexcusable.

and respect doesn't win championships either.....

i think those scores for massey look about right. 1A- neither team scores very well against good defenses so I see a low scoring game 2A- its alcoa. nothing else needs to be said 3A- I have no idea. could go either way. but probably catholic

i give up. ill act like a trousdale fan for a min my team is the best regardless of classification or opponent. nobody can beat TC. and if they do it isn't because they were better, because that is impossible, it is because somebody was hurt or TC played like crap. but TC is still by far the best team in the state. and nobody can beat us so if you think that you can even stay within 50 points of us you are a freaking retard and deserve to die. we've won 6 state titles so we are set to win it every single year from now on. and if we don't it is just because we didn't play good, but we were still better than everybody else. heck even when we go to 3A and don't do that well we are still the best. the refs just cheated us. heck. JB might as well just stay home, cause there is no way that we will loose. we are from the east so we are unbeatable. plus we are trousdale, which means that we are better than you anyway. so bow down and give us your souls. because you owe us that much for dirtying us with your presence. yeah. i don't think that TC fans are very logical. i give up guys. i'll give a prediction on thursday.

i've heard both. I know that JBHS will be willing to let people leave at 11:30 so i would say if it takes about an hour and a half to get there then it should probably be around 3:30. but i would go with the website.

i won't be playing. i wish i was though. and i sure wouldn't have my head took off. lol the IS has spoken. the HAS BEEN can say what he wants. and as far as trousdale learning from the best. go to bama and you will see what an all star coaching staff looks like. trousdale would be a cream puff team down there. almost every team has one or two ex-NFL or Division 1 football players on them. and every school down there is AMAZINGLY good. heck my youngest cousins pee-wee league has an ex-cowboy running back as a coach.

oh the mighty pujo has spoken. the god of football has told us to listen up and pay attention. yessa massa. ia doooa whatcha saya massa. hmmm... hey pujo listen up and pay attention. you just described JB as well. everything you said about TC is true of JB as well. most of the JB posters on here are 40+ years old. i think I am the only young one. and almost ALL of the people standing behind the fences and the die hard fans are old players from JB who love their team and would do anything for those players. so pujo(put yo, for people with lisps) posts somewhere else.
