Dyersburg is a good team. However i think they could be taken down. Keep n mind that it would be a difficult task. To beat them you need a heck of a d line. Dyersburg single blcks every front. In my opinion if you could run a 4 man front and cover the guards and penetrate you could cause problems. The opposingf team needs some good D lineman. Dyersburg has one heck of a scheme.

Dyersburg is and has always been D-I-S-C-I-P-L-N-E-D....and discipline is what has always gotten them so far. The team has been blessed with talent but even if they weren't they would still be successful due to their discipline.
Please rethink ur comment. The lack of discipline is going to be the killer of this team. Goood players can only take u so far!!

dyersburg will shut obion out. i watched the OC vrs ripley game and OC looked awfull. i dont believe its the players cause they played hard, i believe its the lack of coaching. bowling always had oc ready. central lost close games under bowling not blow outs with the exception to crockett and dyersburg. central will get hit friday like they havnt been hit yet this season. I believe when coach driggers cleaned house a forced out gamblin, decker,and hart he cut his own throat. the kids liked those guys and played hard for them. look for a ugly hard hitting game. obion has a long road ahead with the meat of their schedule ahead. I dont look for central to win a game. might have if some of the guys wouldnt have transferd and quit, good luck central a good coach will come around again some day.

Nothing against the former c oach bowling but he had crop of players(for obion standards) that came through in those years. Also,, remember they werent world beaters. I for one know that bowling was known to bad mouth his coaches after he left OC refering to their work ethic and knowledge. Yet he hired them.. What does that mean? Is he a liar ,or dont want to be seconded guessed????????

What scrimmage did you watch? Milan didnt score on them. Arlington didnt score on them. And Arlington just beat Germantown. Matter of fact North Side destroyed Arlington. The Mann kid had like 250 yards on 8 carries and 4 TDs.
Are u sure ur talking about Jackson North Side? They couldnt stop a freshman team, we all now they get beat like they stole something! As for scoring, they couldnt score n a prostitution ring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lipscomb does not look to pass; they are mostly playaction passes. However, they are highly effective when they pass. Their machine of a run game forces the secondary to help on the run...which leads to the tight end and split end running by themselves on playaction. Lipscomb defense is really good, but their offense is a machine. South Side and Lipscomb would be a good game. Who would host that game?
South Side has their plate full with GilesCounty. If they look past them, its time for off season work-outs

As of today, I heard in just one day that Southb Side water bill was 1000 dollars!As for the football last night,South Side showed its true colors. They are just paper champions, nothing close to STATE CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!

South side is not taking this game serious? Instead of praticing, they are having pizza parties and signing autographs. I THINK NOT!!!!!! Is the region weak this year? Yes. But, some football teams are like women, UGLY! However, for South Side its was just another notch in the bed post.Bottom line, its about taking care business!!!

You may very well know more than I think. But your statement about "facts" leads me to believe that you don't. How many facts are you figuring into this? Statistics used improperly can be very misleading. Lets take a look at the overall statistics for the producers just out of the backfield. As of last week, our #34 and #1 were nearly identical as far as rushing goes. Obviously, #34 doesn't pass the ball so no sense in comparing that. Earlier in the year there was another player that was getting similar stats rushing to both of these two. And I know that #3 and #1 are very comparable if they played every game for seperate teams. My point is this, McNairl is not the only offensive weapon we have. He has been stopped this year while others picked up the pace and we won. In the last game against SS, he went down at a crucial time and it zapped the momentum out of us. The main point of your arguement is that #1 was having a career game last week and then went down. But you must look at the team as a whole.
Point taken. Hower,I feel u can hold the run game in check when #1 is out of the game.Also, he has as a cannon for an arm.In the running game the counters arent near a threat when he is out.Lets keep in mind who the pats lost to. I feel that playing the tough games will have them ready for the playoffs.Good luck

Is this a post from last year? Oh, I guess not since you just started posting in August of this year. You must know very little about HC to make a comment like that. McNairl is not our offense, though he is a great leader of our offense. Last season, the word was out. Stop McNairl and you stop the Patriots. This year has been very, very different.
I bet i know more about that team than u think. If Mcairl didnt go down against South Side ,would u have won?Figure all the stats, and see how much came from the arm, or legs of #1? Its the facts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before you wrote this you should have thought about all the other guys on that field busting their tails in the same games (some of them read these post). Calvin is going to be fine & he is a good player as well as a well mannered young man. But Calvin isn't the team, he's part of a team, and he will tell you that himself. If push comes to shove The Team will make it with or without Calvin on the field. It doesn't take one to win & it doesn't take one to lose a game, it takes team work. These guys do that very well.
Just face the facts, Mcnairl is your offense. Take him away and the pats are in trouble. Hope he is back for the pats.

Well if you know footbal, then you know that there are lots of variables such as penalties, fumbles, and a missed assignment everynow and then can stop a drive. You seem to agree that 34 is pretty good, well 1 has amost identical nembers. Last week we shot ourselves in the foot with penalties, and a big fumble.
Against DIckson, well our defense struggled, and we had an int late, with Ridgeway we simply got beat by a team that has lost one game in there last 21 and that was to the 5a state champion in the semis last season. Losing a ballgame does not mean that you are not very good.
As for SS, I am unsure, I know that they are a good team but hey have not played a team yet that has a good offense, Fayette Ware has a 4-2 record but they have beaten 4 teams that have a combined record of 4-20, all 4 of those teams were 1-5. SS beat a JCM team that has not scored but 83 points in 6 games, I am sure that SS has a good defense but I am not sure the verdict is in on the great defense.
What we will hear tonight after we win, is that SS was off their game but think not for a second that we will not have somehting to do with that.
Yes South Side did not play good against the Pats. All due to the play of Henry County. But, it was a win.The Hawks have something special, the WILLL TO WIN!. AS yoy would say we proved nothing tonight .we be a team with a not so great record, according to your analogy. However, i feel the Pats have a very good ball team! Winning breeds winning! Heart and hard hitting can never be underestimated.

First, get your information correct, Jeff Robertson went to Liberty. I"m glad you are on top of things.Remember that you are talking about riverside. It only has a load of athletes once in a blue moon. Speed, it seems to hardly exist in this town of hard hitting white country boys. So, yes you have to play mistake free, solid fundametal football. Show my a high school in the nation that does that. As for the coaching staff, its the best one assembled in the history of Riverside. You cant win the kentucky Derby with a mule!!!. Oh yeah, go get your teaching degree and coach RHS, and lets see what your record will be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What about the punt of North side with 3 minutes left in the game?I think that was a stupid call. The indians had them reeling. when ur on the road at the number 4 team of the state, u dont punt. Never the less, u dont do that with any team. I give the DUMB A%% AWARD to the head coach of North Side.It seems to be the gift that keeps on giving. Heres to you sir.
