Because Chris Sensabaugh is weak mindedly seeking an excuse for his fumbling the majority of his carries. For him to say something like that to the press is babyish. Stuff happens in football and, justified or not, nothing needs to be said to the press about it. That's whining. Kid can't hold onto the ball, just leave it at that. What happened Friday, if anything, went both ways. If you're going to point out what JC did, you can't ignore that DB was participating in the same type stuff. To make a big deal out of the sign is silly on your part Waco. You and I both know that a sign made by the cheerleaders has no correlation as to what the team does on the field. You're really grasping for straws here, and you're looking like a child doing it. Stop the threats, stop the whining, and get over it.

I agree. Knight needs to play like a D1 LB. So far from what I have seen, he has not.

He never really has. He's got D1 size, strength, and speed, but he's just never stood out to me on the field. Last night was no different.

No. He's a junior. He's too slow to run the veer. The scrimmage must have been the performance of a lifetime for him. No offense to him as a person, but I highly doubt he has the skills to run a high school offense.

Not saying he is, but I hate middle school kids talking of transferring. I've heard of several that say they wont play for Jefferson County for several reasons and it makes me sick.

Well, we have a new coach and alot of talent coming into the system and they are working very hard this offseason. I respect others opinions and yes Maryville is the top dog and they are whom everyone is striving to be. It might help to be more respectful when you post on here, it makes your opinions at least appear to be more valid.

No, no I'm certain that Hatcher's been there a year. That's not new. It's a dream job though. Lot of talent and potential and a cupcake schedule. That's a solid recipe for success.

In my opinion sophomore fullback Will Brooks from Jefferson County has to be considered a top sophomore. Truly elite stregth and blocking ability. A physical specimen. Despite a season-ending injury, he showed drastic improvement from game to game. In the future look for him to be the featured back in Jeff Co's backfield.

I think Morristown East Will be strong enought up-front in 2007 to beat Jeff Co.

Jefferson Co. had to beat us on a last play in 2006 and overtime in 2005. I think

Morristown East got alot better as the year went on, and Jeff Co. got worst.

We have alot of retuning players. We have a great Coach in Hatcher, he is building a championship team. Good luck too both teams, the game is too close to call, but I pick the Canes!

i think on the qb situation that zack will definately get the starting position and his back up will be jesse johnson. and christians backup will be steele or moore probably. what about a kicker? they lost dave and he was one of the best in the state.

ive never heard of this sergeloose...wat year is he? but our region is pretty tough at 130 this year with guys like will haynes (tn high),robert locklier(gville), corey churchman(jeff county), and brett usary (science hill) should be very competitive and will be interesting to see how it turns out in the region tourney

well feel lucky you even have the chance to play another game and continue your arrogance, because that shouldnt be the case. no one has any interest in what you have to say so why dont you do us, yourself, and your team a favor and stay off here, because you're only making a fool of yourself. I wouldnt go so far to call him a "star." Primadonna or punk would be more appropriate. Brad Ramsey is a complete disrespect to that entire football team, most of whom played with class. It was very obvious that Brad is the one that caused the in jury, and also that it was not even close to being "football related." What ought to happen is he should be permanently kicked off the team, not just a suspension. What happens if Adam is seriously injured? How will Brad feel then? Knowing Brad, success and not remorse is what he's feeling right now. He's probably pretty content with the result of his actions, but no so much with his ability to beat Jefferson County. He should never step on a football field again.

What I don't understand is why West is so heavily favored. Isn't this the same Jefferson team minus three seniors whose offense moved the ball on West pretty consistently last year? I know Reliford is gone, and that hurts them, but from what I understand, West lost a pretty solid chunk of last year's team. Logic would suggest the playing field would be leveled off more this year? Could someone please explain why this isn't the case?

Now, tallking football. Is Jeff County's running game really struggling? Anyone know how it looked in the Farragut scrimmage? Also, who plays on the D-line for JC? I'd say they would have a big impact as to the outcome of this game.

It's just good to see JC4life on JC's side for once. I have to admit, I kinda like this version of him.

I'm anxious to see how Jeff Co hangs with West. As usual, it's going to be a battle. I've not been able to catch any of Jeff County's scrimmages, but will attend the game friday. How are the kid's at JC lookin comin into the game?
