No, no I'm certain that Hatcher's been there a year. That's not new. It's a dream job though. Lot of talent and potential and a cupcake schedule. That's a solid recipe for success.

In my opinion sophomore fullback Will Brooks from Jefferson County has to be considered a top sophomore. Truly elite stregth and blocking ability. A physical specimen. Despite a season-ending injury, he showed drastic improvement from game to game. In the future look for him to be the featured back in Jeff Co's backfield.

ive never heard of this sergeloose...wat year is he? but our region is pretty tough at 130 this year with guys like will haynes (tn high),robert locklier(gville), corey churchman(jeff county), and brett usary (science hill) should be very competitive and will be interesting to see how it turns out in the region tourney

I wouldnt go so far to call him a "star." Primadonna or punk would be more appropriate. Brad Ramsey is a complete disrespect to that entire football team, most of whom played with class. It was very obvious that Brad is the one that caused the in jury, and also that it was not even close to being "football related." What ought to happen is he should be permanently kicked off the team, not just a suspension. What happens if Adam is seriously injured? How will Brad feel then? Knowing Brad, success and not remorse is what he's feeling right now. He's probably pretty content with the result of his actions, but no so much with his ability to beat Jefferson County. He should never step on a football field again.

What I don't understand is why West is so heavily favored. Isn't this the same Jefferson team minus three seniors whose offense moved the ball on West pretty consistently last year? I know Reliford is gone, and that hurts them, but from what I understand, West lost a pretty solid chunk of last year's team. Logic would suggest the playing field would be leveled off more this year? Could someone please explain why this isn't the case?

Now, tallking football. Is Jeff County's running game really struggling? Anyone know how it looked in the Farragut scrimmage? Also, who plays on the D-line for JC? I'd say they would have a big impact as to the outcome of this game.

It's just good to see JC4life on JC's side for once. I have to admit, I kinda like this version of him.

I'm anxious to see how Jeff Co hangs with West. As usual, it's going to be a battle. I've not been able to catch any of Jeff County's scrimmages, but will attend the game friday. How are the kid's at JC lookin comin into the game?
