RCR is correct. We stopped H20's offense all night. We just gave up two big plays and an early 3rd quarter drive. If we had made some tackles on those two aforementioned plays, the score may have bben a little more lopsided. H20 has nothing to hang their heads on. They finished third in a great region with a young team.

I agree. Those two teams play each other every year, and are very familiar with each other's systems. The associative property doent work in football, as Ive said many times.

It was funny, cause we scored 3 TD's through the air, including our first two. And they were the passing team. No, we beat Sunbright back in 2000. Other than that nope. If we win this week, then it will be uncharted.

H20 scored on two long plays in the first half. They had 1 good drive after an onside kick after halftime. Other than that they didnt do much and turned the ball over a lot. The offense was the BEST i have ever seen them play tonight. We were clicking on all cylinders. Marr had his best game ever, and they couldnt contain Chas or any of the backs that well. Not too many penalties untill late in the game. Honestly the score should have been 49-14 or 7. They did not look like the team everyone was making them out to be. Stay focused Jackets, get ready for GV next week. Keep that same intensity you have now and take it up to GV.

You know ive always wondered zone, why doesnt Sp have a wrestling team? Yall have a bunch of quick, strong athletes. You wouldnt be bad at all with a decent coach.

I agree withmost of that. But the best Ive EVER seen, no. The best 1A team ive ever seen, yes. The Red Bank team that won state with Riggs was the best high school team ive ever seen. I agree, though South Pitt is gonna jump out early. Ive watched them play 3 times this year, and they impress me more each time. Jones has improved two fold since he played us, Robinson has been consistent, and the passing is coming along. Should be a great postseason run for the pirates. silverdale is great and I love the way they play football. But, Gordonsville has to much experience, and SD is new to the playoffs. Its a different game than the regular season. I say SD hangs in for a half, and then the steamroller pulls away.

Ill give you some. Marr, Rorex, O'Dell, Pullom, and a strong fast line. We were opening some holes against South Pitt, those LB's just filled em awful fast! We are no longer the "one man show". PS- dont let him get in the open

Yeah RCR is just looking forawrd to our state championship that well get this spring /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> (that arrogance was a joke) But lets talk some football. If we get past H20 and play one of you region 4 teams, you will be impressed with how good a runner Chas (just to let you know FC, its not Chase) is. He did amass 2000 yds rushing last year, albeit against a lot of cupcakes. Still 2000 is something to be held high. He is definitely on par with some of region 4's big dogs. O'Dell and Rorex are two other names youll be hearing a lot on defense. I was glad to hear that we passed well the other night. Hope we can keep it up.

Thanks! We need it with all these region 4 folks telling us we have no chance! The team needs to work really hard this week for the battle on Friday. When we come to play, we come to play, and I believe the coaching staff will have our team reday to win. GO JACKETS!!!

We have a couple of other sets beside the wing-t. The team has developed a pretty good passing game this year. I knew whoever we ended up playing would be tough for us. Sounds like H20 will not disappoint.

I hope we pull the victory out. I also hope it isnt like 2 years ago when GV came to the Valley. We shot off a bunch of fireworks and didshowy stuff. Then we got flat out embarassed. We satisfied with just the playoffs, not winning the game. I hope we can stay focused this week, and concentrate on winning the game.

I know absolutely nothing about H2O's offensive style or anything like that. all I know is that they played some darn good teams VERY well. We will have our hands full, thats the only thing Im sure of.
