Yall are acting like anderson is a horrible qb. Hes not. I disagree, however, putting him in there at that time. It was a tough situation for him BUT the team NEEDED to have preston in there. Another bad part of that possession was the play calling. Preston couldnt have made much out of it, either.

I agree that the coaches didnt set the team up to play their best, but when do you say its on the players? Last night there were MANY plays that would have worked if the team EXECUTED it. And when the right call was followed by execution, good things happened. The TD run is a prime example. Carr followed the excellent blocking and went untouched for the most part. But my opinion means a lot. I guess thats why were on here instead of reviewing film.

That is a very OBVIOUS sign that you may not be going to the playoffs.

I used to get pumped to Nazareth and "Hair of the Dog". It describes what mentality you are supposed to have as a football player.

Its not the blocking schemes. It IS the personnel. The linemen have to WANT to block the guy in front of them. And right now I dont believe there is anyone that WANTS to block.

How are the Eliz. coaches going to spell Smith. It has to happen. Ive heard that his backup at qb, anderson?, has potential to be a great qb. but hes just not as explosive running the ball as smith. Smiths backup at FS, #9, wouldnt come up on the run like smith. but i guess thats why smith is such a special player. if the coaches give him a rest at either of these positions, he will be a much better player. even if the rest is a quarter. but time for my pick. THS is too powerful up front for the 'Betsy D-Line. THS - 21 EHS - 13
