  1. The tigers have gone undefeated in the holiday tournament in naples. they will compete tomorrow night in the championship game. details to follow
  2. impressive win. who is playing post for the big red
  3. easyyy ensworth 11. dont bother questioning him. his logic, justification and arguing technique leaves us with nothing but the choice but to agree. well done skip, great post!
  4. what about that Ryan guard who was a great three point shooter. i would assume he was there leading scorer. did he graduate or is he back?
  5. i would love to see a regular season matchup with st. georges/ briarcrest against ensworth/ ba. it would be good to see how far the middle is from the memphis teams. but i agree that they have to be the favorites going into it.
  6. he is rehabbing with the intention of being ready for early spring. he may be physically able to compete by the state tournament but he we will probably just be ready for AAU ball this summer
  7. The win against Rossview was telling of Ensworth for two reasons. 1) they can win without jefferson and 2) they won without shooting the ball well. Ensworth has used jefferson and 3 pointers to win big games in previous years. This may be a team that will win with a team effort. They are now 3-0 with wins over centennial, rossview and independence. p.s. the "other guard" is Miles Atta-Asafo-Adjei. pronunciation is like "a-sof-o, a-jay"
  8. Despite a key injury, People seem willing to grant Ensworth as the favorite. Is the middle region of Division II down from past years? Who are teams/ players we need to know about?
  9. tigers win through running game, special teams make game close. EHS by 7
  10. dont think it will be close. my money is on BA
  11. Ensworth should be able to compete this year in their new division (II-AAA) Their weakness will undoubtedly fall on their depth. Size in trenches could also be a weakness but speed compensates for much. Curious to know where you saw them also? If Ensworth stays healthy then they will undoubtedly surprise teams. Ravenwood (i think) started last year 1-2 so we know that they are capable of overcoming a bad start. Watching the scrimmage I am very impressed with Becker but his recievers seem to be down from last year. Ravenwood will need to develop timing in their spread offense in order to improve but I am fairly unbiased towards them and do not see them getting back to state.
  12. haha. wasnt trying to do anything but correct bad information. hope i didnt ruin your sunday
  13. if you are referring to the becker kid that started last year for them he was playing every series that the first offense was in
