DC fans have a lot of dogs to cheer on yet this season. LA-both teams CC-Girls JC-girls Crange-girls Crange-boys. Did I leave out a upper cumberland team still playing? How many teams from down there are still playing.ONE??

Last time I heard two teams win sub state games every year between our region and yours and yes Howard usually wins or plays in one but LA usually either wins or plays in the other. Howard dose NOT dominate anything. Btw I'm a LA fan not a DC fan my team beat the team you barely got past by 11 and should have been by more. I'm supportive of DC and do honestly think if they had, had Howell and molelander you would not still be playing. LA and Howard can be in the same bracket for the State Tourny. They are only seperated if they are in the same District or Region.

well first of all if your going to mention a coach make sure you know who the coach is first. Melton has been gone 2 years to Smith Co. Let me rephrase my comments about the end of the game. They were not completely uncontested just not guarded enough to foul them Like MC would have liked. No coach Miller would not want them to just let them score points but he didn't want them shooting free throws either. LA had enough of a lead that they could loosely guard MC and if they hit a shot in the last min of the game it really didn't matter. t's not like they left MC a wide open lane and said lay it in.

. I'm not saying it can't happen. But King you've been to most if not all the LA games this year. Is it not true that if they ever get up 6-10pts they very Seldom lose that lead

MC should have never lead this game if LA would have hit their shot early it would have been a blow out. About to run away with it, hmm. Were you going to steal the ball and run out of the gym with it? That's the only way you would have run off with it. If I remember correctly DC lead most of the game.

Chattanooga teams have beat LA how many times in the past 7 years?? ONCE and it took Howard double OT to do it then by 2pts.you didn't roll you got lucky. All I have to say is be glad DC was missing players or you would be sitting in the stands next week. I'd take Howell and his 20+ pts over your guys any night. As for my roll comment you should come to LA more often you would hear it quite a bit especially during football season.

Oh and by the way in the last min. of the game we gave them about 4-6 points uncontested just to keep our players from fouling out at the end.

How would you like your crow?? I said that hours before the game started and sure enough when MC got down more than 2 baskets in the third they never saw the light of day again. LA scrapped with them in the first half and ill be the first to admit I was a little worried till the half. LA come out determined to put it away and did just that. If you end up behind them more than a couple baskets its pretty much over you can count on it. They shoot too well and their defense is suffocating to usually make a comeback ask any 8-AA team. I was off by 1.lol it should have been a lot worse we should have broke 100 again to many missed lay ups and free throws early.

For your Info yall have no clue what DC has been threw this season. When they had Howell they beat us twice(he scored 20+ on us twice) and probably would have won the district and I'd dare even say the region. They have every right to say what if. they also lost two more player come tourny time one to disciplinary issues and another to football events. As for the absolutely stupid comment about them not even being able to beat Brainard, they almost sent you home packing tonight. So you my good sir need to shut up and go else where. I'd love to see you come to 8-AA and have to play night in and out. You would be singing a whole new tune very quickly. If you haven't noticed we stick together in this district and hate to see a fellow 8-AA athlete hurt and we all wonder what if and always will. Oh and by the way if you havent noticed the LA, DC and JC fans are on each others' threads constantly, thats how we roll around here.

Congrads to Both McCoin and Atnip on their accomplishments tonight. It's scary to know what cold have been if DC would have had a full healthy team.

I've not saw a game more unconstantly called than this one. LA is not making there shots or we would be up big I'm sure. Idk how many free throws we have missed. MC is playing a heck of a game and LA Iis just hanging around it seams. I hope Hogeye shoots the lights out this second half and wins this game.

Dude I think your nuts! You'll take MC over LA playing at home and DC over Howard down at Howard. I'll take LA and DC in the Gold Ball game next week. We do have a Mr. Basketball Candidate. Its is Mason Ramsey, and you will see why tonight. As bad as I hate to say it MC has a chance, but a very slim one. That's why they play the game. If LA ever gets up by 6 or more it's probably over for MC. LA last week come back from being down almost 30 in the Regional Final to beat DC. LA is fast, tall, and athletic. Combine that with having a deep bench and multipal scorers that can hit from about anywhere and it being at LA, I see LA winning by 10

Wow if that's true that gym will be absolutely packed. With it being MC I could believe that though. I expect a very loud very exciting very close game tonight. LA does not lose many sub states at home, and being home tonight I agree its their's to lose. I'm interested to see how long it takes McCoin to get his dunk in tonight and really get the fan base going. Our student section really needs to come to life tonight.
