I feel that I got railroaded on this deal. I have a great resume and I feel ole S.R. should have been hired as the new headcoach. Coach Chastain will do a good job though. I have been deep down a Temple fan for awhile now. Im hoping that Coach Chastain will allow Ole S.R. to run the defensive show. I put together a great scheme to beat Trousdale Co. in the second round this year. Only time will tell. Good luck to the Temple Crusaders next year. Ole S.R. will be on the sidelines with you guys either calling plays or just there for moral support.

Slick Rick thinks that Temple will still manage to beat CSAS. Slick Rick's Crusaders have an excellent chance to win the state championship. Everyone knows about Skogen, Smith, Newsom, etc, but the Sexton kid could be the key.

Coach Rick thinks that Temple will be much better off if Temple will open up the job search. I know who the right man for the job is, if Temple will give him a chance. Coach Rick would handle the Crusader Nation as well as the football team. Coach Rick would love to land this job and many good things could happen. A field, weight facility and a Football Booster club should be formed. Temple has all the resources to be successful. They just need the right man for the job.

Old S.R. wishes the warriors luck in this one, but WOW. Opening the season at Gordonsville isn't exactly an ideal situation.

Slick Rick would like to wish the new coach in Pikeville good luck. Hopefully he will get that program off and running. They have some potential. Good luck guys.

Old S.R. can second that. Gordonsville is a first class program with first class athletes. That game will definitely be very difficult for Marion County.

Is Hickman County High School splitting to form this school? What classification will they be?

Old S.R. thinks several teams from region 4 will challenge, as will Hampton and South Pitt. Temple will challenge if Slick Rick has anything to do with it. Temple needs to hire me. I WANT that job!

Purple puppy, you should not be talking about people like that. You won't have to worry anymore about it though. Hopefully Old S.R. will be taking over the football program at Temple. If S.R. gets the football job, then I will also volunteer to take over the basketball program. If this happens maybe Old S.R. and purple puppy will cross paths. LOL Slick Rick WILL be applying for this job. Old S.R. will do alot of praying about it and hopefully get the job.

Old S.R. would like to wish JCS the best of luck in 2A. Slick Rick witnessed a very class bunch of people last Friday. JCS is 1st class all the way around. You guys do things right and give all the glory to the Lord. S.R. has alot of respect for you. Congratulations.

Old S.R. has alot of respect for Moore County's program. They have the ability to get back to their former glory. They will be back. Goodluck on your search for your new coach.

Old S.R. thinks they have the potential to be good, but potential and actually doing it is two totally different things. Slick Vic will get that program another championship. He is too good not to get them back on top. Old S.R. just hopes he gets the chance to match wits against Slick Vic in the future. I feel that it would be a really good rivalry in the next few years.

Slick Rick can rescue this program, but must get the chance. Slick Rick wants full control of all day to day football operations. I know that I can keep this program at the level it is at. As I have stated earlier, there are plenty of resources to be very successful at Temple Academy. Old S.R. can keep this program up. I just need the chance to build a staff and we will be just fine.

Gordonsville, Friendship, Hampton, So. Pitt, and Temple (If Old S.R. takes over the program) These teams will have a shot

Slick Pasture, let's not discuss Slick Rick's bowel problems. That has nothing to do with this job. Slick Rick WILL apply. I WANT this job. I know deep down in my heart that I can get this program to where they want it to be. This year was a good year and next year will be a struggle, but they will be back. Make no mistake, Slick Rick Can and Will get the job done if given the chance. S.R. can win at Temple. I just need the chance to prove it.
