The Trojans win over Northside tonight in over time, one of the better games they have played all year. They started off slow but really stepped it up a notch in the second half. Several players were fouled out on both teams, and Victor had an amazing dunk in the 4th quarter!!!!!. Parker played one of his better games, Davis had another double-double, and Glenn was the leading scorer for the Trojans, Taylor once again showed his incredible fast paced defense, Sheddrick was also a major threat as always, They all played well. Congrats to the Trojans on their big win tonight. My goodness, alot of compliments there, what did the waterboy and the janitor do? Hope to see one more DC/DHS matchup. Four (wins) is such a nice number.

 

They didn`t get to play tonight, but Ill be sure and talk with the coach to see if they can get in on the next game. If I did leave anyones name out please dont be offended, Ill get it next time. I would like to see that match up also. They might win again, but it sure would be nice to see them fall to the Trojans.

Congrats to the Trojans on the win!! you did leave out someone's name but i just want to know if he played a good game or not Lavar Walker (think that is how he spells it)

Im sorry, he played a great game, really helped us out alot, he is one guy that always shows his best, I`ve been impressed with him all season.

lol. I would love to see the Trojans advance. Three wins mean absolutely nothing. D`burg is always a tough gig, but it is always so much fun. Good win tonight and good luck. These two teams continue make Dyer Co. look good.

      Winfree's senior year was the season she needed to secure more college interest. That opportunity was taken away from her. A lot of false assumptions can be made about what happened and what the options are. Unfortunately, the former coach and administration did not allow Winfree to have due process. A lawsuit was filed for a reason, and it will run its course by people who conduct discovery and take depositions. Unless the parties settle out of court, a lot of the pertinent issues will come to the public surface. The real questions are why was Winfree dismissed from the team, and why the administration backed a coach whom they did not rehire.

      What is the hold up here? I have not heard anything in weeks. Are they waiting for the right person or is something else going on?

      Per usual, we'll be hard to beat in the regular season, I'm sure. It's the post season that I'm more worried about, specifically the coaches. Maybe they'll be able to make some adjustments that will keep the momentum in our favor. How's Grays recovery coming along?

      Something don’t add up here a college coach is not going to turn away a good player they need just because they didn’t get along with their high school coach

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.
