14U draw and pool info

I noticed that all of the Tennessee teams received a 1 or 2 spot except for the Shox who came in 2nd this year and got a 5 spot. Can someone please explain to me how this happend? At first I thought it could be because the Nationals is in Clarksville but we are not the host team the Panthers are. Clarification is needed because I know the question is going to come up from my parents

This same type question was asked on the aau girls site message board. You may want to go over there & check. I think it's under coach's corner. From what they said, the winner of district (stete) championships that had a seeding were put in 1st. The 2nd seeds went to super regional winners & I think the other state champs. After that it's supposed to be a blind draw. Check on the website to make sure. I read this a few weeks ago & I may not have all the details right.
