The Tullahoma Wildcat Golf team won the District 8AAA golf championship this afternoon at the Lawrenceburg Country Club with a team score of 300. I can't remember all the scores since I received the info while driving to Manchester, but the Wildcats went unbeaten in the regular season and will play in the Region tourney at Smyrna Thursday. Siegel and Riverdale will challenge the Cats in Region play. The AAA state tourney will be held Oct 12th and 13th at Willowbrook Golf course in Summitville, Tn near Manchester, Tn. One team advances from Region play. Congratulations to first year Coach Sam Melton on picking up where Coach Brad White left off.
