Each year, Vestavia Hills HS in Alabama host the Heart of Dixie Classic, this year the tournament is on December 28-29, 2012. This has been a premier wrestling event since starting in 2006. Each year regionally and nationally ranked teams and wrestlers attend, you can see previous tournament results at unapproved website. The format is 2 - 6 man pools (5 matches) on day one and a bracket on day two, 3 matches day two.
