pigeon forge should

i agree with that ....this district is real tough on the road teams....does anyone know who has the upper hand on tie breaker ....that has been very important in years past

now that the real season has started how does everyone "size up" 2AA so far ...how are your teams looking as we get closer to the district schedules

only the football teams from the west are over rated...nobody in football from the west could even get out of BLOUNT/ KNOX County....blah...blah...blah

who are the top teams in district 1AA

it would help if you would refer to the "conferences" as 1aaa or 1AA only the people up there would know the difference between watauga ,big 9 ,five lakes or whatever ....i did not know that sullivan central had moved to AAA ...that is good for PF

the consumate team player ...makes everybody around him better ...

where was the big 9 last year when PF won the region ...and in 04 when PF beat sullivan central and matt dunford by about 20 in the region championship game...they also thumped elizabethton by about 30 in the semis that same year ...your drinkin too much of that NE TN kool-aid

Pigeon Forge hsas been in the top 10 before and will be there again ...wait and see...they have made the sweet 16 2 of the last 3 years and this could be their best team to date ....

pigeon forge boys have been to the substate in two of the past three years....they lost to alcoa on a questionable call at the buzzer in 04 (at morristown west) then were beaten by catholic in a close game at a neutral site (sevier county high school)....this year they seem to have their best team ...they have a very good shot at getting to the state this year ...as good as anybody in AA around this area

pigeon forge can be a very good team if they remain focused and healthy ...they might win a lot of games ....i mean ...A LOT OF GAMES...the school record for wins in a season is 26 ...that could be in jeapordy....but there is a long, long way to go ...when they've got it turned on they are really fun to watch...and they usually keep it turned on

fine then ...i'm just saying that the two don't necessarily go together...think back to Danny spradlin ....great football player for maryville ,tennessee ...even the dallas cowboys(nfl)....just wasn't near as effective on the hardwood ...the same for many others as well ....i'm just saying that one doesn't ensure success at the other ....look at stanley asumnu ...good basketball player ...non factor on the football team

SEC caliber athlete ...doesn't mean a thing ...that doesn't mean he can play basketball

the coach can't make contact wiyh a kid at another school ....that would be recruiting.....and i can suggest anything i want to

I thought both teams looked good considering they have only had about a week to practice....

then focus it is ...i guess ...i just hate to see him not play basketball ....he could do both and still get to the batting cage plenty

Maybe you should transfer to pigeon forge ...they have one post( a senior) ...he is '6"5...and NO other post in the whole program...you could play both varsity and JV ball and would get to play in a bunch of games ...plus you could practice against harper ...the post player and get better ....coach wright is a great coach and all of the kids really like him .... they play team ball and he insist that everyone get along and work together for the good of the team.....Pigeon forge went to the substate last year and should be good again this year....plus they always have great fan support
