If it was for a late hit on someone else, perhaps. All the replays focused on Beeler and Hartman, so we can't tell. If it was for something Beeler says, then we'd need to know what he said, wouldn't we? Do you get what I'm saying yet, or must I continue to repeat myself?

I have the game on tape. You guys are blind. There was plenty of time for Beeler to get words out, and the official was definately close enough to hear anything he said. HOWEVER, the News-Sentinel claims that the flag was for a post-play shove, and if that's the case, it was certainly a bad call. There was a shove, but not nearly enough of one to call that penalty.

I looked back over the TSSAA play-off brackets all the way back to the 97-98 season and saw no instances of Region 2's Number 1 seed losing in the first round, let alone getting 'beat down'. Some memory.
