I believe today maplewood takes that big step. from here on out Coach Thompson and Maplewood are not just a highschool football team they now are a program. they have have been working towards this and made progress the last 3 years and most important the last 2 games beat 2 good teams on the road in come from behind wins. Win or lose this is a different team from here on out. I think when Maplewood gets some players back from the football team they will have the best shot in middle TN period to be able to play with Antioch for 4 quarters. Last night T. Wells caught an oop on maplewood he jumped so high it looked like he gave GOD a high-five. I'm serious I thought he was trying to go up stairs and without going up the stairs.

thats very interesting maryville fumbles have been a problem all year and I know for a fact that maplewood has taken advantage of several fumbles all year especially in key games. check the stats in the playoff game vs hillsboro. the offense will always say we turned the ball over the defense will always say we forced turnovers this will be something i will look for tommorow
