  1. Well currently he can't hold Rob Gronkowski's jock strap and nowhere close to Jimmy Graham. At the nfl's alumni party after he retires he would not be invited anywhere near the truely greatest tight ends of all time that would include Tony Gonzalaz, John Mackey, Antino Gates and Kellen Winslow Sr and about 30 others. Being all your team has, does not make you great. You get community support because there is nothing to do there after 7pm on a Friday night.
  2. Lawnman, i was wrong thinking we needed to take a week off to recover from the first half of the season. Honestly we just overlooked Lenior City while we were getting ready for you guys.
  3. Its real simple, we have the better coach Meadows does more with less everyday and turns them inyo winners. Once again money talks with everyone and Coach Witten is no different and that is why he has interviewed at other schools, they would just not bow down to his demands after he asked for an interview. Citizens bank stadium? Did the entire community make it to the NFL riding on the coattails of an overrated TE that plays for a terrible team. You all asked where i had been, and start crying after i voice my opinion. I did not ask for you to join in on a message board that had nothing to do with you or your team. I hope you all have enjoyed you undefeated season on your new field, because as of this Friday night Betsy and their band will not be able to claim that anymore. Our offensive line will dominate the line of scrimmage, our rb, qb, and wr's will be setting records on that field and hopefully they threw in a large jumbotron like the Cowboys have so you can see all the replays. Hopefully the city will make a landfill out of your old stadium so you can appreciate what your team really is. Sorry to offend anyone, at the postseason awards banquet we will make sure eveyone on you team gets a participation trophy.
  4. Don't count the Tigers out now, some people have to work for a living getting their team prepared. We will not lose 2 this year, last week was our off week and it showed. Whaley is going for 400yds in the air and 5 td's. The cyclones will be putting to much into trying to shut down the run game, but we will run for 150+ also. So keep running your mouth and we will play football. We wear the Orange & Black in this soft conference.
  5. Everyone get on prep xtra to vote Noah Whaley week 2 player of the week. 322 rushing yards is hard to top. http://www.knoxnews.com/sports/prepextra/vote-week-2-players-of-the-week
  6. Would love a game against the Bears, to show everyone that the best QB and RB in the county and most likely the state play for the Tigers. As we progress through the season our goal is to be playing CPA in December. We made our statement against Seymour, we plan on running through the rest of our regular season competition (if you want to call it that). We have almost 600 yds rushing with 1 back through 2 games, we should get to the 1,000 yd mark in our second televised game Thursday. Get your popcorn ready because we are ready to play.
  7. Sorry, did not know moral victories and almost wins counted on your record. Science Hill usually has good athletes, that play soft. We counted those before Meadows came to town, we almost beat a lot of people.
  8. Meadows is here to stay, its such a great area that i believe your coach interviewed at SCHS when that job was open last. Tigers are on a roll this year and there is nothing that can stop our offensive attack. We plan on makiking a defensive statement this week with a shutout.
  9. Well it looks like Coach Meadows has Pigeon Forge ready to play and we have become a powerhouse in Sevier County running through GP and Seymour with ease, just like we will against Region 1 competition starting with the new school next week. Its been along time coming for our school, the team and coaches have done a great job and it would be great to have an opprotunity to bring a state championship in football to the school. If the offense keeps producing like they have for the first two ball games we will be unstoppable. Cant wait until we have a chance to step on the field against Northview and embarass them on tv just like we will do to everyone else this season.
  10. New school in Sevier County, Northview Academy Junior High (grades 7-9) is looking for matches, meets, or duels to attend we are looking to have a middle school team as well as a freshman team and hoping to get our guys some mat experience as we begin our program. If interested please contact Head Coach Brad Justus at 865-654-4830 or bradjustus@sevier.org
  11. I think Travis is ready to have the game of his life against this unsound defense, almost 1300 yards through 9 games the Highlanders have not seen a back like him. GP's offense has been struggling and our transfer middle linebacker is going to have a field day with his former teammates.
  12. its almost like they need to overhaul the administration because they do nothing to keep the teams in line and coaches too for that matter
  13. Seymour in the finals barely over Gibbs Alcoa beats Carter Alcoa beats Seymour 4-1 in the finals Seymour has not been tested like Alcoa no matter what it will be a good game i just think seymour folds under pressure in this one!
  14. Smart probably wouldn't have been good for you all anyway
