  1. I was under that same conclusion. But either way still want WH to win so it's a shorter trip.
  2. Rarely full home side? When did you last go to one? Past couple of home games the home side was pretty much full. It's the away side that has been almost barren. (atleast PC and Howard hardly anyone over there) And I do hope some of the Gallatin citizens realize that there is more than just Gallatin High School in town. I agree that containing Lohin and Carrigan is key for the Bison same is for Toney, who has had a game like he is expected to since White House, so it could be teams have prefected their plan, then again the past two weeks we played fast defences. Early in the year, Carrigan and Toney ended up w/ around 100 yds each. Have to see how the coaching staff for both teams adjust for the 2nd game.
  3. ah garret, really can't understand Coach French sometimes when he does the PA. And that's good to hear since he is really good. Hopefully he'll be ready to play friday. SC needs to shut down Lohin, and Sycamore needs to shut down our rushing attack as whole, and play well on kickoff returns.
  4. Didn't know those seats were reserved. But never sit near there. Any news on Derrick Gregory? From what I heard on friday night he broke his leg.
  5. Yep round 2 of this game begins friday, this time at SC. Both teams are coming off huge wins. If the Bison come out flat again (like they have the past couple games) Sycamore might take this one, but if the Bison play like they did against Sycamore before and play like they can, it could be a repeat of the first meeting w/ the Bison taking it. PS gotta love those last second TD passes. I bet Sycamore will be more careful w/ our passing attack. @Ez : No none of the seats are reserved the only thing to know is that on the far side the band sits there and right next to it and all along the walkway the students stand.. since we don't have a "student" section (though we mostly gather around near the band. Just show up early enough and you can get a good seat on the home side, the press box side.
  6. Congrats Sycamore, thnks for keeping my Bison from having to travel. Should be a great game next week if the reg. season is anything to come. Meigs Co. you guys did a good job this season, better luck next year.
  7. GO BLUE DEVILS! I for one will be cheering for you guys while at SC. I would love for a potential 3rd home game if we beat Sycamore 1 more time. Bison Pride!
  8. For those who can't make it to the game tonight, or just intrested in it. The game will be broadcasted on sumnercities.com Broadcast starts at 6:45 PM. Thought I'd share that. BISON PRIDE!
  9. Yea PC does have some amazing athletes. But you have to point out that was last year and things cna change in a year, just look at Station Camp ! Less than a day away, I'll be rooting for Sycamore. Come on War Eagles pull the upset, so my Bison can have the chance at 2 home playoff games. ( I rather not travel to Meigs Co.)
  10. Well it rained today, but according to the forecast it's clear from here on out, it will just be cold. Plus just trying to bring this back up as it is a playoff game.
  11. Question about this game: Say that Station Camp wins. If Meigs wins, SC travels to them? or SC wins and Sycamore plays, Sycamore travels to SC? Pretty much where does the winner of this game play if Station Camp wins?
  12. I agree War Eagles. I didn't make the trip up to Sycamore this year, and would be nice to see it here, since it sounded like a great game, atleast for us!
  13. It's alright, you don't know much about players outside your media's coverage, and the same goes for me. Yep. all about which team shows up that night, and what the weather will be like, right now looks like it will be clear that night. If Station Camp comes out flat like they did at MC and PC (heard some ppl around town say we didn't play to the best of our ability) Howard might pull this one out. But I think we have too much going for us. We have: the gift of staying home and not taking a long bus ride (bus lag will affect Howard I bet), we have gained a nice fan base and this is our 2nd playoff game ever and our 1st home playoff game, and Station Camp will be playing great probably seeing as they had a tough loss last week, several players were angry and Coach will get them ready for Friday. Best of luck to any Howard fans that make the journey on up to Station Camp. Don't worry if you think you are heading out into the middle of nowhere, lol. Just don't take Lower Station Camp road, goes by a rock crusher and other stuff. But enjoy the nice drive up.
  14. Station Camp bounces back after a tough loss to PC. Wins by atleast 14. As for Rico Council, tried to find his stats and finally did. So Nashville area doesn't have a player that plays both sides of the ball well? As that's what I get from looking at his stats. We always have Golden Tate, does almost everything expect for snap the ball to himself. lol. I'd look for the Bison defense to show up well this game as well, after a great effort last week in a losing effort.
  15. Best of luck to Gallatin in the playoffs this year. Just focus on not choking, since you guys seem to have that "IT" factor that makes a team special. If guys and make it till you get J.T. gets back you guys should go deep. Though I would like to see you guys lose and my team still play ofcourse, but that's just for bragging rights. - SCHS Bison fan
