White house - 1 Station Camp - 3 Just can't say enough about these Lady Devils. It was an awesome ride that no one wanted to get off of. Even though the Lady Devils lost tonight, I think each and every one of them will sleep well. Knowing that they left it all out there on the field this season. I'm really going to miss our seniors Courtney Jamison; Caitlin Madden; Megan Birdwell; Megan Roberson; Tiffany Showalter; and Sarah Smith. You Ladies made the team very special. We love you Ladies. You will always be White House Lady Devils to us. As far as the game went tonight. We played them allot more competitively than the last game. The first half was good even though we were against the wind. (A strong wind.) They scored 1 in the first half. And at the half they were up 1 - 0. We came out in the second with the wind at our backs. And we were rolling. We moved the ball really well. Megan Roberson scored to bring the game 1 - 1. They scored a couple more. And won 3 -1. Annie Russell (So) got hammered late in the second half. But as usual, got back up. (In pain. I'm sure.) And fought like the Lady Devil she is. And with less than 3 minutes to go, a Station Camp player took a cheap shot at Patience Merritt (J). And just blind sided her. If it was me, I would still be laying there. It was a very very hard shot. But she got back up and played through it. That late in the game. And the score all but wrapped up, you don't take a cheap shot like that. She is very lucky she didn't get red carded. Because earlier in the game she had already gotten a yellow card. I think that is the only reason she didn't get a card. (You still have to call those.) Ok, enough of my ranting. It seem like it just started. And now it's over. I really look forward to next year. There are a group of girls coming back that should really do special thing together. You could see it about mid season. They all seemed to have little light bulbs going off in their heads. This ain't rec. ball. This is WHITE HOUSE HIGH SCHOOL LADY DEVILS SOCCER. Do they usually go around the district and let every school have the chance to host the district games? If so White House should be coming up soon. If memory serves me right I think these are the schools that have lights at their soccer fields. Portland Mt. Juliet christian Macon county White House Station Camp doesn't Greenbrier doesn't Friendship Christian doesn't Merrol Hyde plays at the park, usually on a non lighted field. But they do have access to a lighted field at Hendersonville park. I think the 4 lighted schools should be the only ones allowed to host. Your right BDP_FAN it does get tough to make games on Weekdays (at 4:00.)

Scoring: Kelsie Payne (So) - 1 Katelyn Armstrong (F) - 1 Megan Garrett (So) - 1 Desiree Socha (F) - 1 Tiffany Showalter (Sr) set up the Garrett score on an awsome corner kick. Put right where it needed to be. A very different Greenbrier team than White House played the first time. Alot more physical team. White House goes to Station Camp to play the Bison on Wednesday at 4:00. Everyone come out and support our Lady Devils.

Looks like White house is playing Greenbriar on Monday at 7:00. Lets fire up that BDP Ladys. And if we can win against Greenbriar, we should play Station Camp on Wednesday......

Roberson and a Station Camp player locked legs on a kick for the ball. Hopefully it's just a bruise. Kelsie Payne (So), was rode all night by the Staion Camp player. Unbelievable!!! My mom told me, "If you can't say something nice about someone, then don't say nothing at all." With that being said,,, The refs were................ So, the way I see it. We should play, Portland, Merrol Hyde, or Greenbriar. Either way I see it, any of those would be a less physical team than us. We need a little heal time, after Macon Co. and Station Camp.

Just wanted to add to the post. These girls played a very PHYSICAL game tonight. There was alot of no calls going on. I was really surprised. "2 no calls" were right at the refs feet. Sorry, I don't usually rant. Just frustrating. I love an aggressive player. Just keep it clean. Don't want to see anyone getting hurt. I was so proud to be a White House Lady Devil Fan this year watching these Ladys through the regular season. It was an awsome regular season. I'm gonna miss our seniors. They really stepped up on the field. Hope ROBO is Ok. (Megan Roberson) She is one of our seniors. And If I'm not mistaken our leading scorer. But,,,, IT AIN'T OVER!!!!! It's playoff time. Along with our seniors we have some awsome underclassmen coming up. Learning the ways of high school soccer. Megan Roberson (Sr) got her a "hat trick" on senior night. Doesn't get any better than that! Megan Birdwell (Sr) was all over the ball tonight. Soooo.. close to getting a goal. Excellent play, none the less. Desiree Socha (F) I believe got her first regular season goal. And the last one tonight to put the icing on the cake. And yep,,,, "The Killer" has struck in White House... (and we weren't offsides) Megan Garrett (So) got her first "official" goal tonight. Caitlin Madden (Sr) "kept" a perfect game tonight..... Awsome showing. Even got a little banged up , when she slid into the goal post to save a goal. Tiffany Showalter (Sr) great position all night. Excellent effort keeping the ball in play around the goal. (Still think your gonna get you one.) I am looking forward to seeing a lot more play out of some of our other Ladys after tonight.
