  1. i was at the game too and milan's o-line did the best they could with those kids divin at their knees every play. thats the weakest type of football when your kids are so untalented that they are coached to use cheap shots. IMO if you're not man enough to play someone nose to nose then dont play them at all. dont worry though JCS's d-line paid for it all night they were doctorin some pretty bad bruises the next day
  2. your right-milan wont have a problem with the quarterback spot...coleman is a big kid and will make a hole if he has too...but IMO what really will be milan's strongpoint this fall will be their d...returning 6 starters and the d line is massive...the average for the 4 boys is 250 and with players like brian bledsoe, jake anderson, and trevino moore milan's defense will be very athletic
  3. na its all straight with the tssaa...he lives in milan with his dad and stepmom lol
  4. coleman will be the starter at qb...postoak is startin at tight end this season and will be a big recieving threat there
  5. perren woods is another one that might be on the o-line next year. he played tight end and defensive end this year. him and luke run 4.9 40's but if someone doesnt step up in practice their speed will be used to pull. im bettin neither one of them like that idea.
  6. coach holden has luke on a tough upper-body only workout at this time. i think he said that because of lack of lineman, luke will have to really do some damage in the first few weeks of practice or he'll play gaurd for milan, not fullback.
  7. from this years roster by the way, the night Luke got hurt, right before the game, coach holden made him and austin weigh. Austin weighed 237 and Luke weighed 229
  8. I dont think we will have a set D-Line next year. i think we will mix and match players that are capable of playing both offense and defense. jamil davis 6'1'' 315 cody rogers 6'2'' 275 casey barnes 6'0'' 255 perren woods 6'0'' 215 luke jackson 6'0'' 230 tory stricklin 6'1'' 290
  9. i agree. the soon to be sophomore class is loaded with talent but these 3 lead the pack of 25. little bledsoe isnt very small, i think hes 5'9'' and about 170 and Gilbert is 5'11'' and prolly around 170-175 by looking at him. Adkisson isnt big but hits like a train. i think he broke a kids collar bone in middle school.
  10. week one will be pretty exciting next year starting off with a big rivalry. will yall be as big as last year?
  11. I stand corrected on my offensive predictions. The defense next year should be just as strong with 7 returning starters. Predictions on the defense (assuming we run the same D next year): DL-Perrin Woods-sr DL-Tory Stricklin-sr not sure on the rest of the D-Line, prolly some will play both ways LB-Trevino Moore-sr LB-Josh Horton-jr LB-Will Archer-jr (if he gets healthy and stays healthy. that kid has got hurt twice this year) DB-Brian Bledsoe-sr DB-Jake Anderson-sr DB-J.W. Williams-jr not sure on the rest. somebody will step up in practice and open some coaches eyes!
  12. name is Justin Coleman. hes been going to church and stuff in milan since middle school. dont know if heck be a QB though with his frame, especially since we already have Postoak. Prolly a LB or TE.
  13. Anybody heard anything about the jackson kid?
