what happened in this game? did tn high shut down wattad?

How can u sit at that keyboard and say anything about Cherokee n that football game. That last game was one of the dirtiest by volunteer I've ever seen. I know a lot of it was the bad calls made by the refs, but the players did there share to help them out.

(CHEERS) First of all, the refs, like we have said many times, there will b good and bad calls depending on for whome u r cheering. As for the Chiefs and Falcons. bing a Chiefs fan i saw calls against Cherokee that i didn't agree with. But... i also saw calls that could have been made but wasn't. And the same for Volunteer. So overall the officiating was fair. I know it's a thankless job men but keep ur heads up. (CHEERS) To the coaches. They, on both sides, had a great group of young men. The coaches did there jobs very well on offence and dfence. While not only keeping there teams under controll they kept themselves n check. Good job men. (CHEERS++) (CHEERS++) To the players. I saw a group of MEN. All 10 who were on the floor at any given time during the game. A bunch of champions no matter the collors they were wearing. Two teams of soldiers fighting n honer of there schools. Unlike the Greenville team, every man on that floor last night was a true SPORTSMAN and i take my hat off to u!! Well played!! (CHEERS) To the Volunteer cheerleaders who i held the door open for after the game. They could have been poor sports and said no thank you or went out another door. Since I was clearly for the opposing team ( my shirt said CHEROKEE BASKETBALL). But not only did they go through the door, but , with smiles on ther faces said "thank u very much". That is a great thing to c n people, young and old alike. Congratulations girls. (CHEERS) To the police force who did a great job with riot control at the school and n town. Thank You!! (CHEERS) To most of the fans. U let ur opinions b known while keeping some form of respect. Way to go!! (JEERS) To the rest of the fans. mostly students who lost all from of respect and class, or didn't have any to begin with. The acts of violance and unsportsmanlike conduct is so 2 year old, It's time to grow up. Have some class or go find some. U ought to b ashamed!!!!!!!!

"IF THEY MAKE A BAD CALL, OH WELL, THEY ARE HUMAN"????? NO NOT "OH WELL" Some of these boys and girls r counting on these sports for there EDUCATION. If the refs have it out for a certian team, and yes it does happen. The colleges do not watch that team and therefor a good player is not noticed because of bad calls.

NO, some teams just foul a lot more, and they should b called for them. As n S.H. vs Cherokee. SH committed 10x the fouls and the calls that were made were about the same.

Yes, u r right. Every time they make a call the opposing team, or the fans and coaches will b upset. There r a lot of fans out there that give all fans a bad name. But.....if the refs didn't make the OBVIOUS bad calls the fans wouldn't get so upset.

Sorry u had to set through that. YES, they absolutely should have to answer for there obvious bad calls. I have seen that sort of ATHLETIC RAPE take place many times. As n the foobball game, Cherokee vs Volunteer (yes i said athletic rape!!!)

If the refs want the home team to lose bad enough they will!

You have got to b kidding!!! Some refs come into a game knowing who they want to win. And some of the worst refs r the ones frome that area calling games on there home cort.

NOT TRUE ("a good team can overcome bad calls") I don't care how good u r, if the calls on u r bad enough and there is enough calls egnored on the other side, a GREAT team can lose to a poor team!!!

Yes they played a physical game. Like backyard dirty basketball. Scratching one of our players with there girly claws, hitting another player n the mouth with a fist, elbowing another n the face, and got away with it and much more!!!! THAT HOW THEY WON THAT GAME. THE ONLY WAY!!!!!
