Here are the results of the battle of morristown tournament. I will try to see if Ican get a copy of the bracket and find scores. Dual tournament at Morristown West next Saturday the 29th. 12 Teams will be competing. They Are Morristown West Morristown East Jeff Co. Heritage Bearden Farragut Cocke Co. Hancock Co. Fulton Sullivan South West Greene Sevier Co. Should be a good little tournament. They are trying to make it an annual tourney so it should be interesting.

There are a lot of teams in regon one other that gville and sh. Any other news from the other teams? I know kilgore from mw moved out of state. Big whole to fill in the lineup.

Not from Greeneville just know a lot of people from the area and have competed against greeneville for 2 years now. Yes I know him, not real well but with what I seen didn't want to get to know him any better. Yes I have been hurt horsing around but by no means did someone walk up to me and rare back with all they had and punch me in the face either. If you seen the film and call that horseing around you have a warped view of playing around. A broken jaw playing around, I think not. I agree he needs help but putting him in alp (which hasn't worked for him in the past) is not the help he needs. Bad choice after bad choice sooner or later will catch up to him. I know he has had a rough past but how long can you keep letting that be his excuse. People have had it much worse and done much better.

I'm not worried a bit about his qb skills. He has puffed up to where he won't be near as effective as he was last season. Wonder how he got so big so fast and has all these anger issues??? I wonder. If he is allowed back on that team he will just tear them appart. I wouldn't block for someone like that. And no my coach doesn't watch us get dressed but there is someone in the locker room. It is a weight training "class" if I am not mistaken. If this happened in a math class and the teacher was outside the room I guess you think that is ok as well. And two kids playing around please. I don't believe someone getting there jaw broken by a punk is considered playing around. He has shown he is a constant problem. This makes god only knows how many times he has been put in ALP. Is it really worth it keeping someone like that around?

Bottom line is those kids are team mates. Any kid that could do that to someone on their own team is a bad apple. The way he hit that kid showed that he has some problems and the intent was there to hurt him badly. He shouldn't be allowed to play another down anywhere. Also this was during school f so where is the supervision of the coach? Shouldn't he have some questions to answer as well? If I was the boys parents who got hit could you smell lawsuit?

here is my prediction for region duals. gville will wax db and science hill will kill mwest. gville beats science hill in a fairly close match. mwest should be ranked above crocket in region one because they beat crocket twice this season and their only loses have come from db science hill and gville. mwest is solid 4th in region over all. injuries and quiters have hurt them this season. good luck to all the region one teams headed into regions.

ArtusCimber... Mo-West appreciates the compliment. We are very young. 7 out of 14 freshmen starters, and only graduating one starting senior. We did come into the match respecting you and knew we would have our hands full. Watch out in the near future, we think we got something good happening in years to come. Mo-West isn't in the shape to win a region title, but they are making great strides this season. Most of their starters are freshman, so in the future look out.

Morristown West only has one region loss, and that was to greeneville. They beat jeff co. last night.
