Both teams are horrible, and don't deserve to be mentioned on CoachT. Bottom line, both schools can't play football. For further reference stop wasting people's time online by posting anything about greene county bottom feeder schools. Region 1 2A as a whole is inferior and needs to be reduced to playing flag football. When any of you region 1 schools can come out here to Madison, TN and beat us here at Goodpasture, then you deserve to be mentioned, until then go back to dating your sisters and cousins.

How many STATE championships has the Greene Devils won in the past 15 years? If they are recruiting, they would have at least one state championship trophy to show for it, wouldn't ya think? That is also the dirty little secret behind Kingsport-DB, for all those great college athletes they have produced over the years, no state title to show for it. So once again, if G'ville is recruiting, they are not doing a great job of attracting top notch quality. Oh yea everyone in M'town talks of the great West High School, they have no title either, Maryville tends to get in their way. So kids, lets get back to reality, and realize that their are no good football teams in Greene County or Greeneville City. The only real coach in Greene County is Coach Brimer. New head coach has not been announced, spring practice has not been scheduled, well we just ain't too smart here in Mosheim. We like being 1-29 for the past three seasons. As a parent at West Greene, I'm looking to put my athlete in a Greene Devil Uniform for '07. I would need a pretty good reason to stay here at West Greene.
