As a fan of tiger baseball i am reluctant to say that PF got beat 12-0 and Webb only had 2 earned runs... PF had no hits.... this thursday cak vs. pf hopefully they will turn things around

In watching both of these teams in the past i believe it will be the best game of the year. But as for the best team in AA in the east i would watch out for Loudon and Elizabethon....both teams were beat by PF last year but were EXTREMELY talented... good luck and whoever ends up being the best.... show west and middle tennessee how to play some baseball.

At Pigeon Forge all pithchers will have to throw equally do to the lack. Bradley Harveston(junior) will prove dominate like the past two years and Brett Galligugh will have to step up in a major way. The rest will be staff with Jason Butcher, Mark Isaacs, Trevor Matthews, and several other. With talking to some of the people on the team they say Coach Gibson is concentrating a lot on pitching. A great thing for this team.

As a fan of East Tennessee Baseball i am really impressed with the talent and potential in West and Middle Tennessee baseball. Good Luck to all

I am in no way bashing Coach Bramblett or Coach Gibson but all i am saying is look who the team lost last year... SS, 2nd Base, 1st base, Left Field, Centerfield, Rightfield, all of whom pitched except the second basemen. How in one year do you replace all of that... Its impossible... With a solid sophmore and freshman class look for the tigers to be competitve in the state again in a couple of years... Rebuilding the lineup from scratch does not happen in one year

I know Pigeon Forge has Coach Bramblett now and is not going to be as competitive as in the past.

Who has new coaches and how are the teams going to be? Any division.

Overcome challenges true... but not the loss of One of the best Coaches ever... replacing the best coach... a coach that splits his time between baseball and football(the majority of time football).... Not gonna be very competitive

I agree that seymour will be the best team. But to clear things up as far as the fall scrimmage, Seymour had played close to 50 games in the fall and Pigeon Forge played one. But Seymour is the team to beat.

Pigeon Forge vs. Rutledge

Yes they lost a lot... but no they havent added any seniors... Derrick Metcalf, Adam Myers, Jason Butcher, Micheal Apparicio, and Brandon Guidry are the seniors and all played last year or the year prior to last. Also Brett Gallihugh throws semi hard but not over-powering. The back up second baseman as a freshman last year, Jamison Johnson, might be out with shoulder problems for this year leaving a spot open in the infield. Competitive in their district but not beyond that.

Yes, the head football coach is also the head baseball coach. Extremely talented team but very young. Brandon Wilson started as a freshman at catcher is one of the best catchers in the state.

Pigeon Forge basketball players are becoming to cocky and are setting themselves up for a fall. As a fan of all the sports teams at Pigeon Forge i hope that they havent peaked to early. Rutledge is coming up and will be ready to play. GOOD LUCK!
