I was there and I would say that NCS didn't outwork Cascade the majority of the game, but all of it.

Can CA handle the size of Eagleville with their own size? I think whichever team can get the other big men in early foul trouble will have a huge advantage.

I have seen much worse from other schools, so because they go to NCS they can't say anything negative?

I really hope this team and especially Caden gets Charlie his 1000th. I would love to see Caden as a player, Chuck as a assistant, and Charlie as the Head Coach all there to experience the 1000th IF NCS gets it for him. NCS was shocked in last year's Region 5A semi's by East Literature and they will remember that as they know a sub-state is NOT GURANTEED.

I was also wondering about that injury, Will Bledsoe be back for Van Buren in the region semi's.

The Eagles pulled away with a 22-3 1st quarter. Elkins lead the Eagles with 24 points. The Eagles stepped up without Zach Bledsoe in the game, he was on crutches at the game and looked like he had a bum ankle.

I would love to see these seniors go out with a 20+ point win. I agree that gym is gonna be rocking tonight....I can't wait to get there.

Predictions on the 4 games tonight? Like I have said before, I see Eagleville (closer than most think), Nashville Christian, Van Buren Co, and Clarksville Academy winning.

Well only two teams from Region 5 move on, so these teams need to focus on their games coming up in about 20 1/2 hours. 4 teams will have there season end, the home teams can't overlook anyone, as all of the region teams were good enough to get through their district. Road teams remember you DID make it through your district tournament, play your game and who knows? REMEMBER its Tourney Time in Tennessee ANYTHING can happen.

I agree the East Robertson Eagleville game will be a good game but I am not sure if they (ER) will win.

Anyone see this first round ending up with the top 4 seeds advancing? I have a feeling that ER and Forrest will play Eagleville and CA better than most teams but I see the final 4 being EV,CA,NCS,VB.

The games are approaching and for VB-booster, I have not seen Forrest play, I have seen McEwen twice....they played VERY hard and are playing better now than at start of season. The big bald guy can shoot if left open, watch out for Brink he is a hard driver and can get his shots off in traffic, he had 21 @ NCS I believe.

I am not sure where they plan on putting them but I hae heard they are plannning on putting some seats in.

I have heard some talk at some of the NCS games that they are going to put enough seats in the gym, so that they will be able to host a torunament...Not sure if its true and if it is not sure when they will do it.

NCS will host their satellite game at NCS. I have a feeling the gym will be PACKED because this is the LAST home game for this SPECTACULAR senior NCS class. Even if NCS gets a home sub-state game, I believe they will host the game at Hillwood (not 100% sure about the sub-state at hillwood fact though).
