I can tell you this its going to be better than last year. maybe not record wise but give this guy a chance. All I've heard for the last several years is that we need to throw more. OK. you got it. I think if Coach Dodgen & Coach Rigsby will get behind this guy you'll see improvement. Also he was at the Jr Lions practice thursday night

Cannon County has a couple of good Freshman.....Emily Sissom pitches & batting avg around 400 does a great job for them....Shelby Jordan plays 1st batting avg around 600 with 5 homeruns & won freshman of the year for district 7AA

Cannon players that made all-district or honorable mention were Kenzie Patterson won the MVP....Shelby Jordan was 2nd Team & Freshman of the Year...Shrelle Kalaiponi was 2nd Team.....Emily Sissom & Teryna Toler was Honor Mention

Cannon's loss to Upperman was a true DH....But it was by 2 runs 5-3......

Cannon is better..don't know if they finish 2nd or not...but they are better...they play Livingston this afternoon. Hope they can keep it close...but we'll see.

Cannon lucky????????? I don't think so.... Those girls played hard to get back in the game. All I know is that they played Smith Co. 3 times & beat them 3 times. The 1st time Smith Co complained that Ferris shouldn't have fouled out... 2nd time played at Smith Ferris couldn't do no wrong..even when she threw cannon's post player to the floor...Then there Friday night Ferris couldn't play for much of the 2nd half & I hate that she was sick or whatever she was....But that's part of the game.....Let's give Cannon's girls some credit for their never give up attitude...In all 3 games Cannon had to come from behind...
