I UNDERSTAND UPPERMAN WILL GO INTO THE DISTRICT AS NUMBER TWO SEED AND LIVINGSTON AT NUMBER ONE -- CAN ANYBODY REMEMBER WHO BEAT WHOM ---- AND WHAT WERE THEY RECORDS ---- AND HOW DID THEY DECIDE -- DID THEY FLIP A COIN OR WHAT ??? JUST WONDERING

SURE WE'VE HEARD OF TOURNAMENT PLAY ---- DO YOU REMEMBER LAST YEAR SMITH COUNTY SPANKED UPPERMAN AT TECH !!!!!!!!!!????? but the point is ---- a number two getting a bye ----- and it still does not allow for the six and seven to really, statisically do any better than the bottom of the barrell --- the play in only truly helps the number two seed --- get an automatic bid to the region -- that is the only team it helps ---- of course upperman is beatable ------ the fourth ranked team in the district beat them ------ so what????? the point here is the seeding with this new play in thingy ----

THEN WHY INTHE WORLD WOULD ANY OF THE DISTRICT 7AA COACHES VOTE TO HAVE THE TOURNEY AT UPPERMAN?? except for upperman's coach this is insane !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and how do you know how smith county's coach vote d--- i have to say i would have voted NO !!!!!!!!! IT SHOULD BE HELD IN A NEUTRAL LOCATION !!!!!!!!!!!!! period -- there is an advantage, if only psychological, to playing on one's home court PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i respect your comments --- but tell that to the three four and five teams -- who beat the one and two -- and just happen to fall in other places that season --- i really don't think anybody deserves an automatic right to the region - but that's just my opinion -- the number one seed is the ncaa doesn't go directly to the final four --- but again -- no one has answered my question WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?????

STILL WHY IS IT AT UPPERMAN ?????????????????? i am not an expert, but i don't recall it ever being played anywhere but a neutral site --- it's truly insane !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THERE SEATING CAPACITY IS NOT THE BIGGEST IN THE DISTRICT ---- smith county has the largest gym capacity --- may not be the best gym, as for age --- but it holds more people ;than anybody's gym --- ii think upperman will be cramped --- but that could be a good thing

thanks i understand now--- why is the district at upperman? there are plenty of neutral sites -- like some aaa schools -- sparta ---- cookeville has nice gym --- even avery trace middle in cookeville has a nice gym -- what's the deal??? i just truly do not understand -----

could somebody tell me why we are not playing the district 7aa at a neutral site?? and the region 4aa ---- i saw tech has two games during the tourneyu- that makes sense ---- WHY ON EARTH WOULD THEYU BE PLAYED AT UPPWERMAN -- BITH OF THEM --- WHY??????????? what's wrong with vol state -- or cumberland university -- or one of the neighboring AAA schools like sparta or cookeville -- this is truly absurd -- for all the obvious reasons

very cute definition there senator !! i'm so glad you posted this --- keeping me from having to explain i think there are kids from overton county that do not have a clue about its origin -- i knew it and i live 60 miles from overton county but i also had sense enough to ask what it meant --- often times they yell suey!!! goes with the hog part it has nothing really to do with tradition, per se ----- in its basic sense its just as you said, the name of a community there that produced some good ball players one year and it stuck

kayci ferris from smith county will get 1000 next year -- with ease ---- her sophomore year --- way to go laken !! i understand she was an eighth grader last year ----- so she'll accumulate five years of stats -- incredible !!!!

this does not make sense in a 7 team district --- if only one gets a by -- you have six left --- equals three games to be played first as the number one waits --- if one and two get a bye --- that leaves five teams to play -- so somebody won't play the same number of games by the end -- so which FOUR teams play first ?? this makes no sense -- help me understand

always a good match up livingston is packed with seniors --- they'll be playing like it's the last game --- home court advantage and big bunch of fans, always a plus -- but bees don't have to travel far to fill up the stands either ---- i just can't say who'll win ---- will be tight, i think --- upperman is still licking wounds from upset by York ---- go dragons !!! but -- they are a good team all around --- both have good benches --- as i said before ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN -- IT'S BASKETBALL BABY !!!
