Wat did you all think about the win?

Coach Scott Apple has been chosen as the new head coach of SCHS. His assistant will be Dusty Whitaker. They havent announced it publicly but a few ppl and the team were told yesterday. It is official that he will take the spot as well as Coach Whit and I wish the best of luck to them and our team in the future.

The Christmas Tourny in Lafayette starts next Thursday. What are the teams in this and who are the better teams expected in this? I'm from Smith Co. and I know we are playing in it. We play Watertown around 2 on Thursday and these 2 teams played already this season with Smith Co. going home with the win. I think we won by 15. I think this time Watertown will be more ready and will want this win bad. But I know for a fact Smith Co. will want it just as bad and I believe it will be a good game. Go black and gold.

Tonight at gordonsville highschool the two county rivals of smith co. will be bringing their "A" Grade game to the hungry mobs of people who will come to see the old style shootout of Will W. against the powerhouse technique of the G-ville player of Josh W. The Owls are hyped up to know that they will be playing their former head coach. The owls are expecting another victory tonight. It will be a good match up but i hope to see smith co. come out on top again. Wat yall think??

York travels down to Smith Co. tonight to play the Owls. Who do yall think will walk away with this game?

Tomorrow Friday November the 30th Smith Co. travels to play Upperman on their home court for Smith Co. first district game. Last year Smith Co. beat Upperman 2 times on Uppermans court in very close games. How will tomorrow night's game play out?? SMITH CO. ALL THE WAY!!!!!

Smith Co. travels to White House Tuesday night for season action. Who is expected to win here. Not many ppl know what Smith has this year so I will fill it in. We have 2 seniors 3 juniors and 16 sophomores and freshman. The starting 5 are the 2 seniors 2 juniors and one sophomore. Last year graduated 4 seniors. This year Smith has a new coaching staff with a new head coach and 2 assistants. What all is expected from this game though?

They will run the ball down the court pretty good. Just dont let em drive on ya. They are a pretty good team with good players. How is G-ville lookin this year?

Smith Co. and Clarkrange play in a Hall of Fame game tomorrow night. Who is expected to win this?? The game takes place tomorrow night at Clarkrange.

But Nixon isn't the only one who can shoot. Number 11 can shoot just as well as Nixon.. I think it will be closer than Smith losing by 10 or more.. I think it will be down to the last seconds.

Don't know but yes if Nixon starts heating up then he is liable to shoot them out of the gym.. Or he may start dishing the ball... Who knows

Who really know's right? I mean there is no one now that hasn't showed another team that they can win... or lose... So it's going to be fun watching all of this play out... Again good luck to all the teams. I see Smith over WH by 4- possibly in overtime.... and LA over SC.... I just see LA going to the championship against Smith. But as you said. Could be wrong.

I think both games are going to be down to the last second... Because I am from Smith Co. I am going to go with Smith County.. I mean WH is very beatable... Even though they are playing pretty solid... And with SC missing Jenkins it will be in LA's favor I think... Even though they have played great without him.... I see LA going away with this one... But both games close... GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Yep... and I think this will be a great game... Smith Co. and White House have played each twice all ready.. WH has won both but it was a close one for both... I am for Smith County all the way... They are better known as "Cinderella Team"...

YES..... Smith County wins a big game tonight against Greenbrier. They are going back to Upperman for the Region Semi's. Go Owls... What is everyone's prediction on how the rest of the tourny plays out... Maybe a Sub-state coming on for Smith County... I hope.

well... I know of one game you were wrong in. Smith Co girls beat Station Camp. I don't know who they play next but GREAT JOB OWLETTES... KEEP IT GOING!!! P.S.- You might want to rethink your predictions....

Well, Smith County took home the Runner-up award in the District 7aa Championship last night. They gave it there best though. Now they play Greenbrier in the Region 4aa tourny. This game is gonna be at Smith County. Who do you think will win?

I think they will win because they want to prove everyone wrong. LIKE YOU! that they can and will beat the number one team in the district. And that no matter who Livingston has on the floor that Smith County can contain them. Our defense can be very good. OK I think I have not given LA their respect. Forgive me, yes they are good. And they will be ready for this too. But to me, Smith has something greater to fight for. You asked what will it take to win this. HEART!! and every player on the Smith County roster is full of heart. I know LA is ready. There's never a game that they come out flat. But, you can't just say that Smith is gonna just let them have it. We are gonna make Livingston fight till the 4th quarter buzzes and the game is over. I still believe that Smith will win. And if they don't- then I bet they give it a good run. But I'm with Smith County the whole way. GO OWLS, COACH SANDERS, COACH APPLE, THE PEOPLE ON THE BENCH, EVERYONE. and good luck to la.

Smith has been doing great. But no they don't have the "BIG" head. They have kept there composure and are ready for this win. THEY WILL WIN. They want to prove to everyone that we belong in this game. And that we can and WILL win.
