The never ending bad decision saga continues..... Does anyone out there really believe Caleb was hired for any other reason besides his father is Associate Pastor of Highland Park Baptist Church? Again, it all goes back to the coaching. They have to have a coach who can lead them to a championship. To be a champion you need leadership.

Consistency is a must if Temple wants to continue to excel. Coach Skogen is ready to return to his Church and family and I commend him for that. Coach Brown is beginning his career and has proved himself the last two years. It's time administration realizes we have a winner and hire him.

I too was sitting on the FCS side close to the Temple bench. The curse words were flying in the 4th quarter. Even the ref made the comment after the game that he thought FCS was supposed to be a Christian school. It's not easy getting beat in the playoffs. We know from football. But we at least held our heads up high and showed class. The parents and students of FCS cannot say that.
