youall are the last people that should be calling another school unintellegent. unaka has had the lowest act and gateway scores in the county for the past five years, and youall are infested with drugs. i'd be real proud if i were youall!

it was inappropriate conduct on his part , theres no doubt about that. however, i'm not sure that i want to believe all of this other stuff that could just be hear say. it could be true, could be false, who knows for sure. i'm not going to form an opinion on what kind of person he is based fully on what people have told me until everything comes out and is proven to be true or false.

well i will believe this after the investigation finds it to be true. i am not taking his side by any means. but on the other hand i am not going to say that he is a threat because i dont believe he is. and if he did do some of the stuff that people are saying, he needs to be fired. but stories get made up, people want to stir things up even worse than they already are. i just hope that the appropriate actions are taken if necessary and everyone moves on. this is getting old

it has been blown out of proportion. i feel bad for the man. teachers have gave me gifts before but i never thought anything sexual of it. i dont know if i would believe the mothers accuzations anyway. she seems a little crazy

what is there to be quiet about? it looks to me like you are enjoying this whole situation it is awful that it came to this. "Ahhh, come on guys, I am anxiously awaiting your reply on this". well this is all i am going to say. you could be in marks shoes one day, how would you feel if fools like yourself were on here talking about you like this, there is a difference in getting on here and trash talking someones school and getting on here and ruining a mans life.

Although what he did was not right, i feel that this whole situation has been blown extremely out of proportion. The investigation took place, no crime serious enough for these actions that you think should be taken was committed. That should have been the end of it. This should not just be brought back up 3 months after the investigation and expected to be dealt with differently. If the parents were not satisfied with the result of the investigation they should have shown their dissatisfaction right after it.

i never thought that keith was that bad of a coach they just lacked the talent last season.

hey pujo, how has mario and roop been coming along. mario is a big ole kid, he has the potential to make a pretty good lineman if he dont get lazy.

some say that hamptons 1960 teams were the best that carter co. has ever seen, i've herd that teams came from everywhere to play them and nobody could beat them. they was beating schools 4 times their size. but i agree with you they have not been consistent here lately. things will get better now that white is back hopefully. elizabethton has had had good tradition in football but they havent done much here recently either, i would really like to see them add hampton to their schedule. could you imagine the people that would show up for that rivalry. that would be really interesting. o yea and you forgot to add lunsford on the list of coaches with white orr jc, he might be the best one. but non of them have done more than vanhuss did when he was there.

well it might help if he confronted robbie to his face if he has a problem, heck he could even quit. both would be better than telling he whole walmart about his problems and not even talking to robbie about it. i dont think that cloudland is giving robbie a fair chance and the season hasent even started yet.

i dont know how people expect a coach to win when he is constantly being criticized. i dont know how people expect cloudland to win games when the coach is constantly being criticized by people who dont have a clue what they are talking about.

i really dont think youall got outcoached by hampton, not taking anything away from hamptons coaches, but hampton was the better team. youall were lucky to make the game as close as it was. alot changes when your star rb goes down at the first of the game. if youall would have played hampton last game of the year even without adam they would have beat youall by about 3 td's.

i think that cloudland in the past 20 years actually has more tradition football wise than any team on the list. they have got to a state championship game made several runsand had players like tim clipse and mark byrd gracing orr field. i'll agree with you on the baseball section of your report, nobody in hampton cares about baseball. they are rarely competitive, most of hampton just lives for football and basketball season, or about everyone i know does anyway. considering the teams that hampton had in the 60's, we could be a 5 but lately we have not made any major runs on the hardwood, well since the early 90's anyway. the biggest thing that has happend with our basketball program in the past 10 years is when jerry"dog"white led hampton to a victory over highly favored elizabethton who was much better on paper, in the district championship.

i think robbie will stick in there and get cloudland back to where they once was if the people will give him a chance. it may take a year or two but it will happen. i know robbie personally, he is a good guy, he will work hard, and he knows the game. good luck to the landers

the coaches seemed pretty good to me, i think they have over achieved in the past two seasons due to the good coaching. which games do you think cosby got out coached in last season?

i cant blame you for wanting your kids to play for him, you dont find coaches that instill dicipline and hard work like lunsford does much anymore, alot of coaches are just in it for themselves. we are lucky to have lunsford helping with hamptons kids. he has made a big difference.

congradulations to rone, i am just glad to see a kid from a 1a football program get a chance to play somewhere like tennessee tech.

The lack of enjoyment in being a head coach wasent the reason lunsford turned the mitchell co. job down in my opinion. I could definately see him coaching somewhere in the near future. It would be great if hampton could hire him in a couple of years as a head coach if J.C. decides to leave. You cant question Lunsford's passion for coaching, i think it as enjoyable to him as it has always been. he will coach again some day i could almost garuntee it.
