13-1 GIBBS

From MY OPINION, what makes both these teams so great in AA ball is their pitching depth. Neither team can hit their way out of a wet paper bag, but their pitching and defense wins them ball games. All both teams have to do is scratch for a run here and there and that wins them ball games with their D and pitching performances. That is why the GIBBS and PF game is such a enjoyable game to watch. I would put both of these teams up against any AA team in state and expect to win simply because of the depth of the mound each team has. I am expecting and predicting a regional matchup at GIBBS between the 2 ball clubs next wednesday. Good Luck to all east tennessee teams as they fight their way to the state!!!

Lets just face it guys...Pigeon Forge is a good team but, losing cannon hurt. And, for Rutledge they have a very solid team. Sorry, pigeon forge but Rutledge is by far a better team.

Expect the pioneers to pack their bags for the boro...They have a very solid team, with their leader (dalton)behind the plate. He should direct this team to state but, their weakness is their picthing rotation.. This could possibly hurt them down the road but, this team is state bound if they play together and believe in one another.

Well you gotta put the reigning champs in there...i know they lost 9 seniors which is crucial but u gotta still give them the respect they deserve. Plus, they have a great coaching staff and program prestige.........And, for loudon they actually return alot of impact players this year from last years team. And always give teams trouble in region and sub-state play.

Thank you noquarter you couldnt have said it any better.... i just think CAK dont have the depth anywhere and kolinsky cant pitch every game... But, i could be wrong..time will tell..

Wow... How can u put CAK on that list before AC, LOUDON, and GIBBS. CAK didnt even finish in the top 4 of their district last year. They must have improved alot while losing cooper and barnes.. I would go with Rutledge, Seymour, Anderson County, and Gibbs..and CAK would slip in on my list around number 10.
