I know that ANY player can be nominated.. It is a great honor to be at least nominated. But, I think that it is even a greater honor to be in the top 10 in the state!! Did any of these girls or guys get in the top 10?? Deanna and Andy did!! Congratulations to all the players who got nominated and to all the players who went even farther than there school nominations!!

Wendy's Heisman- judged on community service, academics, and athleticism I just wanted to Congratulate DEANNA APPLE. She has made the top 10 out of 200+ girls in the whole state of TN!! Deanna is a senoir and plays basketball(#33) for Jackson County Highschool.. Congrats & Good Luck throughout your season!! also, Andy Elkins the quaterback for Jackson County football made the boys top 10! congrats to him as well!! If anyone knows of another athlete to honor please mention them as well. Thanx
