  1. Webb beat SHHS today 7-2. Parks def Greer Smith def Hatcher Crist def whoever 3 is walling def kerr haydek def hallbrook butler def whoever 6 is walling/parks def smith/greer whoever 3 is/kerr def haydek/butler barron/markman def 3 doubles
  2. Good guess titlebound but....... WRONG. the 4's for my boy Bobby Frasor. I don't play 4 for Webb. Tanz Kane is the biggest pusher in high school tennis. Anyone who relatively hits out on the ball has a shot against him. As for Tanz beating our 4 with a broken leg and one arm.... not so much.
  3. ok.. well prove you wrong..... Tanz Kane has regressed a whole lot, walling can definitely take him. Hatcher and Orlando should be a good match, but with the way tadd is playing right now I would have to give the edge to Orlando.
  4. What a surprise, titlebound bashes webb. i dont think thats ever happened before
  5. good grief i was just saying that we beat bearden 6-3 without crist or parks... didnt mean to start anything
  6. Webb just beat Bearden 6-3 without Crist or Parks......
  7. Kyle also barely beat Alex Harris, 7-6 in the third. So kyle made it closer with bo, parks beat harris more handily. Both have games that are better suited for particular opponents
  8. If Chris Smith doesn't get into gear, SHHS isn't goin anywhere. 2 bad losses at rotary albeit to good competition to Baker(0,1) and Parks(2,1). If he doesn't show up, SHHS can kiss their chances goodbye
  9. Last year when we played THS, there was a certain incident between a Webb player and a THS player. It seemed that this player didn't take kind to the beating his THS teammate took and when the Webb guy that beat him went to the parking lot, the THS guy yelled, **** you you Cun!.... Obviously i'm tryin to keep it pg-13 on here, but THS is always so daaaamn cocky. That said, THS 5-4.
  10. Good point Harris. Also, I dont know why we are even talking about TN High anyway. We all know they aren't going anywhere as far as state or the best team in AAA goes (which is the topic). Why don't we start talking about teams with legit chances at state like Siegal, Science Hill, and Bearden.
  11. Maybe not.... But you know what the funny thing is... we still beat the crap out of you guys. And technically know they don't all count. Only two of them count for 1 point.
  12. First of all... This is high school tennis, right? And the way you play is not the way you will have to play at state (even though you won't be finding that out), but most teams play 6 singles and 3 doubles in the regular season anyway. Also, better get your facts straight... you all don't play the way that they play in college because every doubles match is counted unlike college where the winners of the 2 out of 3 doubles matches get 1 point.
  13. Here's what the line ups are looking like for the Baylor Webb match: Baylor 1. Bo 2. Julian Onken 3. Orlando Laurenco 4. Tanz Kane 5. Jimmy Epps Doubles 1. Bo/Tanz 2. Julian/Orlando Webb 1. Taylor Crist 2. David Parks 3. Tadd Hatcher 4. Reid Walling 5. Chris Haydek/ Greer Mackabee Doubles 1. Crist/Hatcher 2. Parks/Walling Tell me what you think. I think Baylor is the definite favorite, but I've seen wierder things happen.
  14. I realize that the score was i believe 1,0 but the match between bo and parks was a lot closer than that score indicated. Our coach got on to parks about how his 5 double faults in his first two service games killed him.
  15. perhaps you are correct hooligan, and perhaps you are not. perhaps you were the gentleman at Rotary wearing jeans rooting for Siegel. On another note, McCallie looks much stronger than Baylor. They are deeper and should be able to win courts 3-5. Look for MUS vs McCallie for the title, and Baylor and Webb to decide the last spot in the tourney.
  16. Science Hill is solid.... Smith, Wilkinson, and Greer will definely win at 1,2,3, and then SHHS will probably win at least 1 doubles giving them the match. It will be close however....

    DB ON THE RISE

Webb 7 DB 2. But DB's on the rise though
  18. Agreed..... Tariq is hurt enough to play 6 singles, but well enough to play 1 doubles..... hmmmm
  19. I'm not really sure I understand you logic behind you statement. The day that we beat you, you say you would put $ on DB to win, when 4 hours ago you all got shalacked by us. I dont understand... did i miss something? Parks beat rogers 8-1. Maloy had a nice win over Crist 9-8, hatcher beat whoever 3 is, and walling, mackabee, and haydek all had wins that weren't THAT close(8-5). Crist and Hatcher couldn't have been less motivated to play #1 doubles that day. We had already clinched and usually when we clinch we sub in but instead that regulars played. Walling and Parks played 2 and won 8-3. One of your wins was 9-8. The only match you won convincingly was 1 doubles. If you don't think our team was motivated then perhaps you're right, because by the time doubles started, it was 5-1, meaning THAT MATCH WAS ALREADY CLINCHED.
  20. He's playing 6 singles, but 1 doubles? Something smells fishy............
  21. The Rotary "A" draws are out and either something shady is going down with McCallie's line up or the Rotary people made a mistake. Tariq who played 2 last year behind Ramsey is playing 6. Alex Harris 1, Wes 2, JP Mclemore 3, David Henry 4, and Schlabach 5. Im sorry but Tariq should be playing 1 not 6.
  22. Speaking of stacking I have a question........ Our coach said that he was required to play parks 1, hatcher 2, and crist 3 because the TSSAA makes the coaches order their lineups according to state and southern rankings.. Anyone else smell bull$#!t?
  23. Yea it's Siegel, Webb, Baylor, McCallie, MBA, Science Hill, and a couple of others.
