i think if they dont turn it down they are crazy we need some one from outside morgan county in so they can make things fresh. and if they are from here ppl will make it a long season like they did for davis. he is a great guy and great coach i would like to see some one else compete with what he did the top 2 rated players was coached against by davis

i agree 100% i will be a freshman next year and i want a coach that will help us. But it will be hard to do anything with the schedule we play. but we cant get out of it because we take in kids from sunbright, pj esc. so i dont have anything in mind to help besides, get more coaches to help break into smaller groups to get more individual attention for the players.

they might have been 39-9 the past 4 years but know they dont have brandon davis or a couple other solid athletes but they wont go as deep this year they are goin to b young like wartburg but wartburg has ALOT of talent comin from the middle school and they have some starters comin in. they all are bustin their butt in the weight room and runnin to get in perfect shape to help them in the season since they are playin better teams than coalfield is.that ha alot to do with record.

Yes there is and if you would think back a few years than you would realize that they was in the playoffs. so maybe you should get off here if you dont even know that do u even know how to play football. idiot

no we havent went through spring practice. and shoemaker is doin workouts and workin very hard to get us where we should be.

well yall can joke all yall want but we have alot of young talent. plus i would like to see any team on our schedule play the teams we do.

the reason shoemaker isn't gettin the job right now is because he told the players he wants to see who is interested. but if they dont find a coach he will step up and be coach.

well even if we dont win i can guarentee that we ALL will give a 110%

well we will find a coach and plan on turning the program for a 180. it may take a while but im confident we will in 3 or 4 years. well i will be a freshman but i plan on goin for rb

i dont understand why people would vote no. Because it would just help the whole county, if we can help 1 school at a time why not if wartburg wins than scouts will come to the county and help all the kids in the long run. Plus, it aint good for us, the kids, to lose all these games and not give them any convindence at all.

well his b-ball team is usually one of the best teams in the region and they dont have players fighting during games so they must not be thugs u just hatin

well i will be playing next year and we might not compete for championships this year, we will surprise alot of people. We have all kinds of talent it's spread out through the county. Coalfield has turned out 4 consecutive college players and Steven Hensley is over at UT.
