We just talked to our assistant coach and as of right now the games are still on but please dont take this as a definite.She said they are working on fields right now and its not canceled as of 10:20 this morning.

Is there any word on todays games yet? Lebanon plays at 3:30 and 6:30.

I think Lebanon should not be counted out as a 4th place team this year.They are going to surprise some people.They will be contenders and will give some of these teams a run for their money.They have 3 Seniors and 4 Juniors who are really good and should put a show on this year. RBIMom , you are right, our Junior pitcher gave Blackman a good run in the tournment and still to this day, that game should have been able to play out instead of a thunderstorm stopping it .Lebanon was the better team that day! Good Luck Lady Devilettes and lets show who yall are made of. We want it bad this year and 4th place isnt good enough. Yes we are still very young but I see some surprises MrKnowItAll. Congrats to Hailey for a great year and a great run in the state. She is an amazing pitcher who I admire on and off the field. Also congrats to my friend Lindsey Farmer on 4 great years.Friendship ladies are a class act with class act coaching also. Lebanon High School has a freshman pitcher named kathryn which is called kat. She started several varisty games this year and had a really good year.She put 2 over the fence this year, one against Natalie from Blackman.

Its not fair that Lebanon cant finish their great game against Blackman due to weather.We were coming up to bat with our great hitters and who knows what would have happened. Lebanon has improved so much over the last month and is wanting to make a run in the district. This has been our luck all year and would love to know if in the rules ,we should be able to complete this game. Right now they have us losing this game and playing the loser of the Warren County/Oakland game.Tough Break and these girls deserve it right now. Anna Mullis pitched a terrific game last night against Blackman and look for her the next 2 years to take Lebanon to the state. Great game girls and we are proud of you!

Congrats to Lebanon for a great weekend. We placed second in our pool division by beating Clay County, and David Lipscomb.We played Siegal in the afternoon. The umps in our game were really against us with some very bad calls.Siegal beat us by 1 but the umps beat us by 3. Our ladies deserved that game and its a shame.Congrats to Anna Mullis for a well pitched game.Our young team is rising to the challenges and showing they are going to be something to talk about in the years to come.Also congrats to Tori Brewington for a solo homerun over center in the Lipscomb game. The teams I heard of or saw: Clay County,Boyd B.,Oakland,Seigal,David Lipscomb,Lebanon,Cookeville..sorry I dont know more but will be returning tomorrow morning for pool games and tournament starts at noon Lebanon won game against Clay County with sophmore Anna Mullis winning pitcher; Lebanon lost to Boyd B. 1 to 5 sophmore Jessica Lingnau hit a solo homerun over leftfield fence for Lebanon. Lebanon plays David Lipscomb at 10:00 saturday morning

For anyone needing directions: From From Nashville take I-40 East to the cookeville exit #286/Burgess Falls exit, take a left onto Willow Ave and then a left onto Jackson Street. You will see McDonalds on left and Walgreens on your right. You will pass a large shopping center on your right and Kohls on your left.Travel straight thru next intersection light and you will pass Cane Creek Elementary school on left and at bottom of the hill is Sportsplex on the left. Lebanon lost 6 starting seniors this year. Our new varsity pitcher this year,a junior, has been hurt and is out for the season.We have 2 freshmen and a sophmore trading up at pitching. We are a very young team this year.
