First, I would like to say the 2nd batter of the game got a hit followed by an error on the throw..BUT the home cooking is going to put an Error for Sonny anyday..Morrisons speed beats that throw anyday. Second, Overton went to tournaments in Memphis and Knoxville and saw upper 90's each time..I knew that Sonny would fan more than 10. Not on that squad.. Overton lost the game themselves by not executing the small things, But give credit to Smyrna for taking advantage of that! Go Dogs! My highschool teammate signed with Vol out of highschool and transferred to Dyersburg after he felt he was treated unfairly and hit .409 and made all confrence, and all region.

All im arguing is winning one game doesnt make u a cinderella team. And my definition isnt any different, I just dont agree with a 7-20(?) record and one win over an average team anything special..maybe its me?

winning one game does not make u the most under rated..That was dumb, please respond with a team that has a winning record and that makes it to the next round of regions. the answer is def not JPII bc of that..

Just wondering about some teams that have surprised many to get where they are right now.. Any classification.Just looking to start talking about the underdogs or what not....

The game wasnt close from the start, Johnson on 3 days rest throws a one hit shutout with 11 K's. /blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> The Bobcats face Antioch with all nine starters next monday with Johnson more than likely throwing that one too. Overton was suppose to finish 6th and not have this chance so dont put anything past them. They've surprised everyone but themselves..They have out hit most teams this year anyhow so I would say Overton is the team to beat in that game!

With Senior Taylor Morrison suspended for this game, it might be close. BUT note that the bobcats did oust the Ravenwood squad without his presence /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> . With the lefty on the mound it should go to the Bobcats but franklin is a good squad and wont hand the big trophy over without a fight.
