You're wrong. I have never once in my life said I want to Coach at DB..good call though.

Saying you want to get rid of Coach Clark is the most absurd statement that has been made on this website ever. Coach Clark is one of the greatest coaches to ever walk a high school sideline. I don't think the Indian Nation understands how good of a coach we have. The man is SECOND in wins behind a freak coach from maryville. Coach Clark has developed players for a very long time. If all you want is for DB to win a ring so that you can claim the success of being able to brag to your South fans at the Eastman that we won. Nobody truly understands what DB means to Coach. He has spent his entire life dedicating himself to DB or trying to get to DB and coach. This man is the only reason that people in Kingsport love football. He has awesome teams on display every year. There isn't a problem for him and coaching. The man knows more about reading a defense than Jim Cheney. Coach is the reason I am where I'm at today. HE gave me the utmost respect in the papers when I played bad , and when this whole website bashed the DB QB in 2009. And the dumbest thing I've heard in 10 years is that people on the QB Club get playing time because of that. I played with a hundred kids who's parents were on the Club and never sniffed the field. I've also had guys whose parents were wernt in it and played since their soph. year. And if you think he plays seniors just because their seniors you couldn't be further from the truth. I have seen a Junior STARTER get pulled going into the offseason of his Senior year. He is fair. He never gave any one player more respect than another. The man is in his office more than his house. I used to watch film with him on Saturdays afetr games from 8am-noon, and when I came back at 8 to run he's still there watching film and scouting. He single handedly got me to college football when no one elses gave me a chance. When everything fell through with my grades the first time around he got me to a prep school looking out for my best interests. When I came to Northeast State, it was HIM who got me a second chance here at Wise. Called Coach and everything. He assured coach that I can still play in which I was awarded a schloarship to play. He spends weeks making highlight tapes and calling coaches when you never asked him to. I play with a ton of guys now they tell all the time, "if I had a Coach to send my name out I'd be here or here." Yall don't understand there isn't another person out there who cares more about the entire PROGRAM out there. He wants to build a solid foundation for winning in games and life. Ask Science Hill what they think..if we get rid of Coach Clark get ready for about 5 coaches in 10 years. He understands tradition as well as winning. I love how your student section started chanting that our former QB is a "fa**ot" Now thats pure class. LOVED OR HATED BUT NEVER IGNORED. Oh yeah and Raffe Cleary led our student section to perfection. Very nice Raffe.

2 things...1) Go out and play 4 quarters of football (both sides of the ball) and then with a minute to go lets see if you can gain 4 tough yards. 2) You can't change the past. Either way GC is our head football coach. And as a former player and as a member of the '06 team, I can say that there isnt another coach that me and my teammates would rather play for. And when we played nobody pointed the finger at him for the WB loss we all looked at each other and said WE THE TEAM didnt make enough plays to get it done. But TRUE Dobyns-Bennett fans dont sit on a message board all day critizing GC for busting his #### all day everyday then go buy season tickets then get right back on here and blame him. I speak for myself and every player that has played and will played...just stay at home. We would rather have TRUE fans that stick it out with us through the 1-3 start in '07 and the first round loss in '06. Thats what the people (the players) who put the show on for yall on friday nights want. But with all that being said who's gonna be the stud this year? I'm sure Chris will have a stellar year. What about Roop or Clark or Jason Micheal? If were gonna win ballgames its gonna take more than Chris to do it. Who's gonna be our big uglies up front?

i know for sure that farragut is away. clinton is at home and sevier county is at home. GC told me a week ago after he spent 2 whole days in his office. i know for a fact thats the location of the games. im a player.

Obviously the biggest shoes on the team are going to have to be filled by David Roop. He has to fill in for a Jamie Crawford campaign that was stellar. I hope he does just as well as Jamie.

Malcom Pinkston is NOT playing football for DB this year. He went to meet with GC on thursday and GC told the team friday that he will not be playing because he showed up in GC's office high as a kite. So GC had suspision about it so he call numerous coaches/teachers from PV and they confirmed that he is involved with drugs and he is a troublesome kid. so they're you go. CASE CLOSED.

Yeah I couldn't agree with you more. It's REALLY hard being the best player on the Frosh team when your 16 playing againist 14 year olds wow thats a tough challenge.

Chris will never be able to "dominate" a game he fakes an injury every other play,once somebody rocks him one or two good times he just gives up. Look at film from every game he has played in since 7th grade he quits after the first hit he takes.

I've heard a million different things about how DB"s JV is down is this true? Didn't they go 8-0 last year and the year before? But let's hear em'
