The mans name was Bob Davis and as of Sunday Morning was in stable condition. What more could be said of the great sportmanship of both teams! They meet midcourt to have prayer for everyone involved. This should make all the parents,coaches and fans very proud. Sometimes we all forget what is more important than who won the game.Also great job to all the people who steped in and saved this mans life! If you were there I think you had to have felt something. Everything yall said was right.We have the most negitive "fans" around.Even our girls with their winning record and the "fans" are still bashin the coach. I really dont know why anyone would want to start this up AGAIN. You must be from another planet....LOL... Our team is pullin together and gettin better as we speak. So why dont you people who want to bash the coaches 'GET A LIFE'! I'm sure that the team he took to the state was born ball players and didnt need a coach..............lol.........NOT! I think there is a bunch of sour grapes on here and this is the only place anyone will listen to your WHINNIN......... Hey Eddie............. I don't understand how u can support Hess through his building years but not Slatten through his. If u would come to the present Whitted is gone. I dont understand why u keep living in the past? We need to remember the past but go on with the future. I liked Whitted and was sorry to see him go but he did and Slatten is here. I dont know why u and everyone want to compare the two. I'm sure coach Whitted doesn't want that. I see him at the games supporting the boys. Please for the boys sake STOP this. I know they get on here and read this stuff. I thinks it is tearing our team down. Besides they work just as hard as any team and they need our support. Why dont we pull together and give our support to the WHOLE TEAM (coaches and boys). We are putting to much pressure on these young kids and stealing away the bests years of their lives. They can play hard and have fun at the same time! They are going to have to go out into the world soon enough and we know u have to make the best of things that come our way. Be positive! The j.v came out big on friday night. They won 82-45 Now tell me sumtin y has everyone overlooked them????????????? I think that they may carry some excitement over to the varsity......Go Warriors!!!!!!

They play friday at 4:15 or 4:30 in the aux. gym. they will also play on tuesday at cookeville. Coach dotson is the head coach of the jv but in reverseCoach slatten does help . The j.v is 1-0 and if there was a state tourney 4 the j.v they would b there. Go warriors!!!!!!! P.s- the jv always has a game b4 a district game (home or away)

Did u know that the J.V. team beat crossville. Who said they didnt have any talent coming on? In the last minutes of the game their coach told them not to foul because White Co. had been kicked their butts the whole game! I was gald to see the varisty keep the jets score down in the first half. I think they just wore down after that but played as hard as they could. They will continue to improve as the year goes on. As for Johnson, he's a tough cookie to play with a cut eye and did such a great jobs as did all the boys! By the way I thought this was a Sparta thread NOT a pull sparta down, build crossville up thread. If u want to talk about crossville start ur on thread. And I think u got a whole lot more to worry bout than Sparta. GO WARRIORS!

Tonights game was great. The warriors showed up and played their hearts out. The warriors came out on top by 6 or 8 to bring their record 2-2. If the warriors can keep their composure they can make this a winning season. But tonight they turned out in true warrior style. P.S- the warriors next game is tuesday at HOME. The warriors first home game (vs. crossville)!!!!!.....GO WARRIORS!!!!

They played there hearts out but came up 2 points short.England was having an off day. I hope they can come back today and get a win against York but i just read that York lost to Blackman by 3? And I understand that Blackman is pretty good. So i guess York must be too.Anyway I would wish the fans have patience with the team.
