Now c'mon. Do you honestly think(Unless you play for the school, then I would expect you to have that mindset) that we can beat Maryville. This team could hang with Carroll HS in Texas, Miami Northwestern in Florida, or Trinity in Louisville, Kentucky, and you're gonna come on here and say that SDHS can hang with Maryville. Get real. I root for the Kees every game, but I'm a realist, and I see us losing by at least 20. I belive that Lenoir City is a sure win, and Halls is a winnable game.

I had to kick myself, because when I saw the final score come up on the scoreboard on coacht, I was in shock and didn't think that was the actual final score. Thought someone had sent it in as a joke, but congrats to da Kees for pulling off the App State-like upset

It feels so good to be a SDHS student right now. But our self-esteem will surely be crushed when we play Maryville next week. Ranked as one of the 20 best teams in the COUNTRY, they should take us easy, but if we can win the next 2, I think we can get in the state playoffs.

I can't see SD beating West. Ryan is just to good, and SD's defense isin't up to par. I say West 31-17

Great stuff there. I wish a coach would actually say what they're thinking, instead of "It was a great game, but we couldn't execute." They mean "We got our butts handed to us. It felt like fighting a Bad Newz Kennels pitbull, we had no chance."

Catholic by 3 in a smashmouth scoring battle. I say the score will be 17-14

South-Doyle seems like for the past few years, they gain a win each year. So does anybody think they can improve by two games and get in the playoffs. I'm not so sure that they can, but we'll have to see. I see South-Doyle as 4-6.

Hutchins is marginal at best as a coach. But I got to South Doyle so I gotta root for 'em

Honestly, I think the SDHS team is primed for the best season since 2001. The feeling at the school is that this team is good enough for a +.500 season. They have the #1 offensive lineman in the KFL(Chase Phillips), and a good d-line to accompany that. I think the team is really good, and would make the playoffs in consecutive years, but the divison is too tough for a playoff spot for the Kees this year.
