I think this has the makings of a great game. I know the players are weary b/c they won the state champ last year but i think it will be a great one especially if ballard gets up inside of them

well they were 4-6 last year and i think they are 3a and they were 0-5 in their conference

Mercer County won their opener tonite against russell county 34-7

well its hard to find much on mercer county they are located in harrodsburg and they like to run the ball they had over 5800 yds rushing last year state record and their website is mercertitans.com they lost 22 seniors from last year but they did lose there qb and rb's and they did get reclassified to class 5A They are rebuilding this year but there o line has been together for 2 years now so it will be a tough but hopefully interesting game

I think that in time it will come u just have to realize how quick this greeneville defense is they aren't as big as previous years but thats mccurry's philosphy he wants quick guys and i think u could have snuck in some more weak side plays just seems like they kept on running toward the strong side mcfall is very fast and i was waiting for him to break open and go about 50+ yds just keep on keeping on and they will be fine and kev-O buddy u haven't really voiced anything about the game u have just been bashing us for keeping up with how we feel about our devils what do u have to say

ok im 21 graduated in 04 i know the kids on the team my brother is on the team half of them are at the house on friday nights. Gift Wrapped HaHa wow where do u come off saying this crap did u watch this game neither team played well. It was just proven that Greeneville played better, scored more points and simply put we won. Just like were gonna do against those canes just like in the jamboree remember that save this one cane fan b/c u will wanna come back to here. I don't care what u say this is an all around new greeneville team and yes the coach does make the players if u ask them these guys are terrified of there coach why because he has put that fire back into them that same fire that sorrells gave his players and when it comes down to it look for them to be all up in the canes when that day comes.

Well Greeneville won but that was a horrible game from both sides congrats to jc on all there 4th down pick ups this was a good tune up for greeneville greenway does have a good arm but he needs to realize when to let the ball go and not take a sack, we could have put more points up but our wr's are still lacking on route routine i was suprised that u all didn't throw to #2 more often he was matched up all nite with man coverage and he had 6+ inches on his defender. I am suprised with the score of 21-7 greeneville had opportunities to put 35 on the board but hopefully we will figure it all out and keep on scoring but now we have to head up to ky. to take on the state champs we should have taken the memphis team but now we will see how good greeneville really is

Ok i guess u got us no. i don't believe we have a state championship and hey todd collins isn't ur coach. so i believe u have nothing either except the past good luck to both teams and we will see who folds to the heat first and i don't puncuate either sorry for that one but congrats on that state title we all know that the only sports are football baseball and basketball so the golf championships they don't count either

Well jc4life i really like ur outlook for once someone gives details to back up there predictions i gave my details last nite i think everyone has came to the conclusion that whichever team wins they will do so by less than a td. I think the O's will be very well matched ur team may have a little more speed but the devils will run with a little bit more steam. well i can bet u one thing yeah greeneville's wore down in the past but don't expect them to wear down this year they will be in top shape even if they only have 40 players

Well i know alot of the guys on the team and he has really changed his attitude he is very much improved he finally realizes there is no i in team and that will help him out but he still isn't seeing all the field and this could hurt him early but he should be fine

Well in my own opinion i believe he will dedicate this season to his brother and if he keeps his head on straight he will have atleast 2000yds passing and my prediction is he will have 20+ comp. and 200+ yds on jeff. this week with the way jeff likes to play their corners off the ball and that 5-2 defense u should look for receivers to be finding gaps all nite

So here's how i see it Jeff Co. nor Greeneville has had much of a team since the 03 season. I know u all remember scooter and jeff jennings, chase greenway and the devils d but lets think ever since then its been a struggle for either team to produce a 500 record. I give the heads up to greeneville on the coach mccurry proven record all jeff. has is a college all american all good but no exp. Lets talk about greeneville's offense the spread Jordan greenway will be the quaterback as long as he uses his brain and see's the whole field he will be fine greeneville has some very good receivers this year and a few rb's with great down hill speed. the oline anchored by cline everhart(6'7" 350) is young but when ur rg is that big u will be fine! Now i saw both jamborees and i will have to say that mcfall is lightening quick and the receiver #2 is big it will be hard for gville's corners to contain him but i give the heads up to the greeneville D yeah it was just 1 quarter against east but dockery wasn't all he is cracked up to be. I wasn't too impressed with jeff's D this will be a great game that will come down to the wire but no predictions yet
