Can't believe some people..hahahahaha....Ooltewah has moved on without them or thier kid(s).and they can't stand it. And these same people haven't been on coacht all season long until Ooltewah loses....said before and I'll say it again................If owls are losing,but thier son is playing"its go owls!!!".,.but,if owls are winning and thier son isnt playing..."owls suck".....typical. I can't wait til baseball season.....

How can red4life call Benny Monroe CLASSLESS? Did,I miss something? Wasn't it Monroe THAT NO MATTER,HOW BAD THINGS GOT,HE STUCK HIS OWN NECK OUT TIME AND TIME AGAIN FOR 3 YEARS,WORKED WITH REED PERSONALLY ONE ON ONE THIS YEAR..had coach Couch(one of the best qb coaches in the area) 2 previous years working with Reed? stayed with Reed,coached around Reed,gave Reed only what,he could handle?Put 3 years into Reed gave him EVERY CHANCE TO BE SUCESSFUL!!! Monroe kept Reed out there in front of a top football program for colleges to see, and YOU wanna call this man CLASSLESS?Benny took all the heat for 3 years,he heard it from everybody(ooltewah,cleveland,newspapers etc),but he took the hits,PUBLICLY!!!! WALK A MILE IN HIS SHOES.....and you wanna call him classless? I do not know what game you where watching friday or several over the years,but you of all people should be kissing his rear-end NOT BASHING Benny Monroe.WWhewww......please correct me on this,if I'm wrong. Yes or NO? Benny Monroe did everything,he could do for Reed?

One question for red4life and minethatbird...............What would you HAVE done to make the Owls football team better on OFFENSE and DEFENSE,the last 3 yrs? to get to the next level.

One other thing:Jordan Patty(along with several other seniors) didnt deserve to go out like that. Gerald Putman was on fire tonite,Andrew Mayfield,Brandon Bruelle,Tracy Hunter,Cory Flanders,Darion Delaney and Terrance Smith played thier respective arses off on defense!!!! Drew Elliot was an anchor on the O-line this year,if I'm leaving out some,I apologize now....still cant get over this season ending this fast. Can't wait to here all the Farragut fans give thier view of the game....bout time for them to be getting home. where is big hairy and phishhead?

P.S.,.....anybody that was at the game,I really want to know,if you saw or heard some of the stuff in the stands and worst of all after the game on the sidelines? unbelievable.....

Congrats to Farragut!!!! You all played a good game. I will say this,the score didnt show how close this game was....Owls defense got tired,becuase of the offense's inability to keep the ball moving!!! I hate it the loss for.most of our seniors,a couple don't deserve the time of even mentioning THIER NAMES ON HERE,PERIOD!!! AND you KNOW,who you are!!!! and,I'm so glad,I don't have to look at some of the "MOST IMMATURE",CRY-BABY PARENTS EVER!!!! and again,you know who you are. Ooltewah has some classless fans.....but I'm proud of most of our fans,I'm proud of our players,coaches etc... Great season,ended to soon....GOOD-LUCK FARRAGUT!!!!

I shouldn't even get into this with some of these farragut fans,but here it goes:1st..It will not be a blow-out,PERIOD!! 2nd: Owls did sack ad's QB 6-7 TIMES last year and punished him and he didnt finish the 1st game.....as for the second game.,.farragut came to play stopped our running game,but our defense dominated,period!!! ...AS FOR 2009: This game will depend on one thing and one thing only.........Ooltewah's offense this late in the year,no-one should be saying this,but if owls offense gets going with a balanced attack..look out.Owls have to many playmakers...on the other hand,if Ooltewah is limited to just running the ball,it's over for the owls this year. totally my opinion,but the owls defense can only do so much,the kicking game can only do so much....thank god for certain coaches on this staff. prediction:Ooltewah 17-7 in a very close game.

YEP..!!! I can't wait. Most people don't understand what kind of teams are playing each other friday.,.could easily be state championship game,if they were in seperate regions or pods.....or at least semi-final. 2 former #1s......all the recent history,awesome games,all thrillers except maybe one.This game and the 2 or so in middle tennessee...wow,it is what it is..........GO OWLS!!!!!!

Friday's game will be a war.......plain n simple!!!!!

Coach Monroe was truthful and was caught up in an emotional moment when,he made those comments......with that being said,so what? Ooltewah does have a better team,but mcminn out played Ooltewah at the right times through out the night.I will not TAKE ANY THING AWAY FROM MCMINN!!..if you show up and play anything can happen......But,if Mcminn played thier best game of the year and Ooltewah played their worst game......Who has the better team,when it took overtime to beat us? Any and everybody that knows anything about football knows: It takes a little luck here and there along with turnover margin and execution to win at any level...Ooltewah has better players but,We lost the turnover battle and Mcminn executed a whole lot better than we did!!!!! And as far as the luck part,the 1st INT was luck,the ball tipped up away a foot from the sideline..SHOULD ..go out of bounds,but it went backwards into the field of play right into the hands of the one guy,Owl fans were worried about!!! That play turned the game into a Mcminn kinda game......it was a football play so to speak.The game is over....MCMINN needs to concentrate on playoffs and put this win in thier back pocket for next year,when we play each other. good luck mcminn....GO OWLS!!!!
