Hmmm, well i would like to know who your talking about because none of the people from YAI went to the hospital.... So everything you just said is not true, you Upperman people is just ignorant. Don't believe everything you hear.

First of all the person who got jumped is a Junior at Yai and his brother is a freshman at Tech. And why the York players ran into the big brawl was to help there friend (which all of you would do if in the same spot). There was trash talking going on back and forth between pep clubs but saying when the fight happened York got the crap beat out of them??? Pretty sure it wasn't just Upperman students hitting the York students, but the Upperman adults as well. And you all can say whatever you want, but you know its pretty bad when adults stoop to a 16 year olds level. And all you Upperman fans who thought they was bad arse (Including all of the adults) can come on down to York and get your mouth smashed shut. Just make an appointment and get in line.

Don't count York out. Just because they lost a game doesnt matter much. It's early and some players havn't practiced or played yet do to football but i think they are starting this week. Can't wait until Dec. 4

I'm wondering what happened myself! At the half York was doing good and leading by 10, the second half they just didnt play that good at all. Cannon wanted it more and they got it. Should be diffrent when they meet again im sure. GO DRAGONS

All of you people just need to drop the class issue or praying thing or whatever you like to diss York about! Thats all i hear about on Coach T is York this and York that. If you was at the game York gave DCA their credit and York went out with class. Again, if you was at the game, you would know this. But stop being ignorant and grow up! Act like an adult...... Wait your probably still a kid! Asby gave DCA credit and made his comment more clear in previous post.... If you would read a little you would know this. So stop whining about class, and that goes for everyone on Coach T! And yes i will admit DCA won this game hands down, but the Dragons will rise again next year and i hope these two teams meet again. Congratulations to the York football team for an awesome season and making school history! And for you seniors, you are some of the best men i know, i am proud of all of you for your accomplishments and i have alot of respect for all of you. For the rest of the team, i know you all will do awesome again next year, i will no longer will be a student of YAI, but i will be supporting you all the way! I think York will be a bigger contender than you think. But did anyone see or hear about the DeKalb and York game last year? When bass was on a break away and it looked like he was going to dunk it and rip the rim off, but the shortest guy on the team, Jacob Allred, pinned the ball on the back board. The greatest thing i have ever seen! GO DRAGONS!!!

I can agree with the first two but Upperman, Cannon and Smith.. pshhhht, you must not of seen York play any or even know how good they will be... They might surprise you this year! GO DRAGONS

I also can't wait until this game. I know it will be a very good game, and trust me York will bring alot of fans like always. Don't be surprised to see some paint here and there on people.... no biggy. GO DRAGONS!!!!

I agree that Coach Matney was a great teacher and coach. But Coach Wright coaches football from 1:20 to about 4 and then coaches basketball for a few hours after that. And Coach Williams coaches them during 4th block. But the past is the past, stop crying and support your team. This thread is about how good York will be not how Coach Matney got screwed out of a coaching position. No offense to Coach Matney... GO DRAGONS!!

Even though i am a hardcore dragon fan i would have to agree with you. York didnt seem to want it that bad. In my opinion they didnt play their best and they mist very easy shots such as lay-ups and etc. But other than that a good win for the dragons. Still dont think Oneida can compete even when they are playin their best.... York is still missing two very good players due to football, but Oneida was better than i expected. GO DRAGONS

YORKS TEAM? I was standing there when SC was in the middle of the field and about 3/4 of the team was in the locker room. And to mean disrespect toward the coaches..... well thats just stupid. You know nothing about the coaching staff or even the school at that point so just shut your mouth and drop the subject. No one gives a hoot what you think. And just so you know the coaches do not allow cursing, one day during practice a curse word was heard from one of the players and well lets just say he got a kick in the butt and had to run awhile. O and SC coaches did not turn their SC players around from the York players on the goal line, the York players did that themselves. SC is a very good team and have always been, but they do as much trash talking as York. And that goes for every team that plays football.
