Everyone in the Pikeville community wants one of the Barger brothers to come back at revive the program. David or Chad can both turn programs around so maybe everyone should get together and put some money in a hat and get one of those guys.

I believe Sunbright will play a role in their region. We have moved the ball well in passing league, but I know that does not mean anything. The truth will come out next week. Go Tigers.

Sunbright will make the playoffs next year!! They are looking good, even without their best player.

Coach Davis will only win three or four games a year (No region games). He has some talent to win at least one or two region games but he lets the girls come and go has they please and he has no discipline. Coach Davis has started off season workouts but has no clue on what type of drills to do with his girls, he has been running to Coach Maxfield ( the new boys bball coach) for help.

Morgan County could possibly be more successful if they would consolidate schools.

The baseball coach resign last week. Coach Harrison the football coach has taken over the program, and is now allowing his football players to come out and play. Sunbright has more than nine players now.

Coach Dunlap will be missed. However our community has been afraid of this, it just seems like when we get teacher and coach in Sunbright, they move on to something bigger and better. We wish Coach Dunlap the best.

Communicate is not all that Sunbright is missing however, Coach Dunlap communicates well with the players but was told today that he was leaving to take a position at Sequatchie County. If this is true, I hope Coach Dunlap the best and he will be missed in Sunbright. For college athletes, I could see the Henes, Starkey, and Carroll playing small college ball, like Cumberland College, Union, school like that but no higher.

If I was a teacher, I would only allow my students to use my phone in an emergency, plus every student today has a cell phone. I heard that Harrison gave a cell phone to a student to have and that was when the inappropriate texts were found.

The people expected him to repeat the 2000 season year after year.

Only a handful of people would gather to try to get him back because some feel he left Sunbright high and dry when he left.

Shannon would be a great hire, he did a great job at Sunbright when he was there. Does anyone know why he left in the first place? Do you think he would really come back? Hear Dunlap is leaving to go a school in Chattanooga.

Rumors are that Harrison was text messaging inappropriate comments to two female students.

If the rumors are true about the head coach, the great citizens of Sunbright do not want him back. However, he is still in the classroom and weight room with the boys. Coach Dunlap has not be attending many workouts so the question is will he be back next year roaming the sidelines?

Don't know of any kids leaving to go to Wartburg. Anyways if they did leave they would be ineligible

Ellison will be a good fit for Wartburg. I believe he applied at Sunbright but just for a position coach. becoming the Coordinator will give this young man a chance to be a head coach in a year or two. Does anybody know how Oakdale's offseason is going?

I don't believe he would come back, but thats just what I think. We would like to see him come back.

Rumor on the hill is that Sunbright and Wartburg will scrimmage each other in the spring and fall. I heard that Sunbright could be looking for a new head coach?

What are some spring dates for these schools and how is next season looking?

I agree with you the Hawn kid, is a great kid, however what I am getting from some of the others, is the Hawn kid is one of the problems.
