Camden wins this game and every other game this year. Camden was in the game with Huntingdon all the way. If not for some very bad officiating and a muffed onside kick Camden had a chance. No one in our district has the talent or ability that Huntingdon has. Camden wins this game.

Clearly the score did not reflect the game. Huntingdon was given one touchdown where there was none. The man was clearly short by 1 to 2 yards. They might have scored anyway but we will never know will we. Warbritten is an excelent athlete as well as several players on Huntingdons team but when Warbritten ran the ball on forth down and a mile to go was tackeled and laying flat on his back shoved the ball forward after he recovered his on fumble and it was picked up by his own player and advanced for a first down, that was a crap play. You are right in some respects but Huntingdon should never had two of the TDs they got. It's great to be a fan and to love your team but not to the point thay you become obsessive. Huntingdon is extremely lucky that they scored over 14 points. Huntingdon you have a fine team and a lot of pride as well you should have. Good luck.

Very anxious to see this game Friday night. Been told a couple players from Huntingdon have a little speed. Camden won't take their speed for granted like others have. Camden has a lot of speed themselves. they might over persue once or twice but will stop that if they get burned. It won't happen twice. I believe Camden will controle the OL. If they do, Huntingdon, you are in for a long night. Hope Huntingdon has a good pass defense because Camden has a good pass offense. Heard Huntingdon has a good Junior kicker. Camden has a great Junior kicker, punter and field goal kicker. I do wish we could see a few of the long ones in the game that he kicks in practice. As far as Camden getting punched in the mouth, I gurantee they will give as good as they get. Looking for a great injury free game. Good luck Huntingdon, just not a lot of good luck. GO LIONS

Always good to dream. A couple of good hits by Blackburn and the beast from the east and Huntingdon won't be so fast. Huntingdon won't be running any kick-offs back. I've seen two teams for Camden this year. If the team that played DL shows up, Camden wins hands down. If the teanm that played Bruceton and Martin shows up, it will be a long night. Camden has some fine talented players this year. If Camden can figure out how to protect #1 on pass plays, He could pick a defense apart and the speed is there as always. The potential for big plays is ever present but sustained drives with running and passing plays is essential to a great season and a run at the playoffs. Go Lions LIONS WILL FIND A WAY TO WIN. Other than the officiating last nights game was a joy to watch. By far a lousy job by the officials. That being said Bruceton played tough and played the whole game. They have some fine athletes on this team.# 10 impressed me alot. Defensively Bruceton played a pretty solid game. I dont see anyone in Bruceton's division running over them. Hang tough Bruceton you'll do fine. Camden's Defense must step up if they plan to stay un-defeated. Good Job Lions on another win. A week off to rev up for Westview. Go Lions

Very glad Bruceton won their season opener. Hope they win many games this season. Have a soft spot for Bruceton because of family ties. Have a Neice graduating there this year and a Nephew a few years ago. My very best wishes to that program. That being said, I think Camden has to many weapons and speed for Bruceton to handle. I truely believe Bruceton will show up but Camden wins by how much, who knows.

Congratulations to a very good Milan team. Sure hate that Easley had the sholder injury. It actually happened when he was sacked way way back in Camdens territory in the firsy quarter. He threw no passes and was visabelly in pain the whole second quarter. As Milan we at Camden are very proud of our boys. The played one hech of a game. Both defenses stepped up and played their hearts out. Milan, work hard on pass defense and offense. We here at Camden expect a win next week. Goodpasture will be throwing. Go Bulldogs, represent West Tennessee as you always have. Play hard beat Goodpasture. Then don't go play for second place, Go to win.

Milan you have the right to be proud of you team past and present. As a rule all things go in cycles and good things do come to an end. Huntingdon has fielded a few powerhouse teams in the past as well as Bruceton. While H I S was there, Bruceton had some marvelous teams and some great players came from there. We at Camden are very proud of our coaches and the teams they have produced. I am an old and a new fan of Camden. I have followed them faithfully for the last 5 years. The 20+ years prior to that I followed Uncle Sam wherever he sent me. I am very proud of that team also. So go ahead Milan, be proud. We here in Camden are proud. Welcome to our house. Hope you can back Camden after the game is over Friday night. We plan to win but if we don't and Milan does I for one will pull for you to win State but I don't think this is Milans year. Which one of us can call back past years and what does that have to do with this year? Nothing. What happened yesterday can never be changed and tomorrow is promised to no one. Maybe the reason Milan remains second place winners is because of the loseing attude stated here and I quote: Everyone is playing for second place, anyway. Remember that. Camden may not win but if they don't, it wont be because they are playing for second place. Camden is playing to win every game includeing state. That is why Camden wins this one 21 to 7

You guys have a safe trip to Camden Friday. We have a lot of friendly people who love to watch a great high school ballgame.We are trying to put up more bleachers so, we hope, no one will have to stand. we hope for a good clean injury free game. Hope the ride over is enjoyable. Sorry the ride back wont be as much fun.

Shouldn't make promises you can't deliver

Camden has been ready for each and every team they have played. Milan is a team that is also ready to play each time they step on the field. This time being ready may not be enough. Milan is coming to Camden not the other way around. Camden has more than one speedster as others have already seen and can throw effectively when the need arises. Haven't seen Milan play but 11-1 is no easy feat to accomplish. Neither is 12-0. We are all looking for a great game and for both teams to give maxiumn effort and pray for no injuries. Home field advantage, speed to match anyone and better than most, a defense to match, Camden 24 Milan 14. Tanner gets a field goal this one.

I believe that the outcome of this game depends on which Camden team shows up. Camden has the potential to win and win big or to lose and lose big. Camden has a more explosive offense. Westview has a more methodical offense with explosive possibalities. Camden has a very good defense if it shows up and I believe it will. I believe coach Ward will have them ready. Should both Camden and Milan play up to their potential and happen to meet on the 3rd week of the playoffs you might be lucky enough to get a seat on the Camden side if you show up around Noon. Otherwise you might have trouble getting through the Camden fans just to get to the Milan side. I look for standing room only if this meeting happens. You might talk the Band into one or two seats but I doubt it. Good luck Milan in the playoffs until you meet Camden, if we are both fortunate enough to make the third round. Pretty sure Camden will. Camden plans on the State title this year. Go Lions and congrats on a perfect season. I am one of the fortunate who had the privelage of seeing the 1965 team go undefeated also. I so enjoy HS Football. This is High School football, and a great game it is. We all know that mistakes are made by the officials, by coaches and by players. Cheatham Co. has a good football team. We at Camden are so sorry to hear that Potts broke three bones in his foot. We wish only the best for him. As for being a playmaker as a sophmore, he can only get better. Cheathams #10 is who you better watch out for this week Waverly. He fast and can break a game open quickly and they have a Giant of a kid at tight end with soft hands. You had better watch him too. Cheatham Co. you will need to watch very carefully Waverlys QB. If he gets hot and his recievers hold on to the ball, Waverly has the potential to make the game very interesting. Have a good safe injury free game and enjoy it without hard feelings to anyone. Can't predict this one. If Cheatham plays to their potential they should win but don't count Waverly out till the game is over.

I agree that the defense at Camden didn't seem to be at top performance Friday night but they hung in and found ways to endure as they have done this whole year. Coach Ward, i'm sure will remedy that. I believe that Camden will be ready to be tested, they have been ready all year and have made fine adjustments when necessary. Everyone who plays Camden seem to always bring their A game and try to test them. They have weathered every tesy to date and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Its such a tragedy when a young player gets hurt. We lost a really fine QB and playmaker last year in the playoffs the game before we played Milan. They may have beat us anyway but we will never know. Potts is an excellent back Get well and we'll see you next year. We wish all the best to him and his family and team.

Very good game. Not the thrashing that myself and many others predicted. The Cubs cane to camden to play and did that very well. Hats off to #10 who did what hasn't been done this year, outran Camdens secondary for some long touchdowns. We hope that #11 is has only minor injuries. The tandam play of those two #10 and #11 was impressive. In the end Camden stepped up the Defense and does what Camden does, put up points. Camden has a lot of fine athletes and we are very proud of them and what Coach Ward has accomplished this year and in the past years since coming to Camden. We are proud of our team. Go Lions. Seems everyone gets distracted and pushed reply too soon. Must have been the face that Milan is not undefeated this year. Listen, no one has to be mean about this just because of a loss to westview. It happens. Milan has for several years dominated, especially when they have home field advantage. Well Westview had that advantage this year. Get over it. Camden faces those situations often since being in the district we are in. Camden has a well coached, efficent, disiplined team. Look for us in the payoffs. They will come through Camden. No more crying OK.
