Way back in 1999 if memory serves correct. The game was at Bradley and was labeled "Black Friday." Bradley had helmets that looked like Michigan's. I rember all that but don't remember who won.

McMinn had a very disappointing season last year and are really making amends for it. Usually one suggests that the smaller, quick team with speed presents problems for bigger, but Bradley has it's share of quick and speed. so this comparison may not apply here. I'm not a McMinn or Cleveland fan (hence the screen name) but I was at the game and the Cleveland fans have nobody to blame but their team. Matter of fact I will just go ahead and say it, Clevelands coaching is awful. Play action pass but there is no running back to fake to. This happened several times. 3rd and 42 and McMinn runs a bubble screen, not only does it result in a first down but a touchdown as well. 3RD AND 42!!! Cleveland tackling was porus all night. (reference previous 2 sentences) Several times Cleveland would run the option but when the qb would look to pitch the rb was IN FRONT OF HIM!!! But the best blooper all night was when Cleveland ran the reverse flea flicker and the qb had nobody to throw to because the intended reciever WAS BLOCKING!!! Furthermore, with the exception of the qb, Cleveland looked unmotivated all night. As far as the refs, this was the same crew that called the McMinn and Central game. In that game Central got the majority of calls including 3 maybe 4 McMinn TDS called back. This crew has no McMinn "home cooking" in them what so ever.

He is referring to #15 for Sequoyah. You know, the kid that ran by your front door this morning because we have yet to tackle him.

If your profile is correct, you would have graduated in 83. Central was 0 and 10 in 82,83 and 84. Not only did you not make it past the first round, you NEVER won a game. Your not any better than these players and coaches your bashing.

I was responding to your "just wasn't meant for Central to win" statement. I know refs are assigned but that doesn't mean they cant decide before a game to do their best to let a certain team win. The last drive of each half proves that. Not blaming Bledsoe in any way.

You remind me of a guy that once played running back at Central who never touched the ball in the first half but would get it in the second half when they were down 14 plus points and come back and win. Wait a minute your not that guy are you..........no there is no way your that good. Stick with jock washing.

Coach Derricks first game at Central was a loss at Bledsoe. It was in 06 and Central lost 27-13. Central beat Bledsoe in 05 under Coach Williams 28-8.
